***They tried to sell my stuff in less than 2 months of no payment***. My card was upgraded to a chip card. I called them and tried to pay over the phone and they wouldnt let me but were very nice about it. They said when I get back in town to catch things up. I told them it would be a month or so. About 3 weeks later my uncle gets mail for me from cochrane self storage. I was traveling and knew we had already talked so I thought everything was ok. He text me and said he had more letters so I called them. They acted like everything was ok and said that I was about $200 behind. I missed april 1st payment and may 1st payment. I said I was going to the bank and sending it in the mail. Well today I finally got my mail from my uncle and had a yellow paper that said my stuff was going for auction on may 25th!! Thats less than 2 months after my first missed payment. They hadnt called me or tried in any way to get the money or let me know that my stuff was in any trouble other than letters. Its not like I hadnt talked to them several times! They knew I was traveling! They are putting my stuff up for auction and talking to me on the phone like everything was ok. This place is dirty! Unless you want to lose your stuff dont go here!! Please please take your business and stuff somewhere else. Being a medical traveler I have stuff in several different storage companies in SC, TX, CA and have never dealt with such a lack of integrity or ethics. The people seemed so nice. I never would have thought they would be so heartless. Yes Im vary upset. Thousands of dollars of stuff 2 days from being auctioned off for a $200 tab. They knew I had good intentions!! I might even make a youtube vid just to make sure people know to stay away from this place.

We have been using the Cochrane Storage facility for years and wouldnt imagine using another one. Gina and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know you and have always been willing to help us any way they can. The facility is very clean and I have no doubt that my unit is secure. I would definitely recommend this facility and love the staff!
