I read some mixed reviews about Birch Circle Movers on Yelp. I was in a rush to move and did not realize how hard it would be to find a mover in Marin county. I started looking for a mover on Monday March 24th for a move across Magnolia in Larkspur for March 27th!!! I spoke with Paul and told him I thought I had a move that would take 4 hours.He said no problem. I think everyone underestimates how long it takes to move. When Ian walked in, I could tell he was concerned about my 4 hour time frame but he assured me they would do their best to accommodate me. My wife and I had packed for a week and I thought we had it under control. As it turn out, it took 7 hours. Not once did Ian and Anthony complain. They were on time, kind hearted with a can do attitude. They were extremely accommodating and professional. They came prepared with mattress covers, boxes and blankets which we did not need. They even had another team take and appointment when my move ran long. I cannot say enough about these guys. BTW, this is the first review I have ever written. I am sold. After dealing with a less than ideal moving company for our first move, my husband and I were dreading having to go through the process again. Thank god my sister-in-law recommended Birch Circle. Paul was responsive and respectful from my initial call, was more than willing to do a local move in the East Bay (Emeryville to Oakland), and came out to give me a free estimate at a time that was convenient for me. On the day of the move, he brought two trucks and six men, all of whom were really nice and really careful with our stuff. They shrink-wrapped everything! And they were lightning fast--our move was over in about half of the time we thought it would take. I will not use anyone but Birch Circle to move again. Thank you Paul!

We recently moved into our new home and hired the help of Birch Circle Movers. We cant say enough how thrilled we are with their service and professionalism. They functioned as a well unified team who really knew what they were doing, and they got the job done brilliantly! It was an absolute pleasure working with them. They were on time, well prepared, quick and efficient and very mindful and careful of handling our antiques and all our belongings. Ive used Birch Circle Movers four times and every time they come out shining like stars, no matter whos on their team. Theyre obviously trained well and cared about as people, and it shows. Thank you Birch Circle Movers! Well keep calling on you again when we need you. 5 Stars!!!

excellent! just moved my dad to assisted living and now 2 days later I am moving him back. Birch circle movers were wonderful. They picked up the furniture, dropped some off at consignment and then moved the rest to the end location. even in the rain, no issues. when I needed someone immediately to pick the consignment furniture up, they recommended someone who was available within an hour!!! I couldnt ask for more during a very stressful time! I am using Birch Circle Movers again for the move back to my dads home!
