I had to get a townhouse cleared out due to a death in the family. The property is in a different city from the one in which I live and I had a week to get the townhouse cleared out. I called to inquire about a pod and they were able to deliver and pick up on the dates that I needed. The service was great, the customer service people are friendly and professional. I do think their delivery system could be a bit better - there really needs to be a long space for the truck and pod as the pod is lifted and removed via the back of the truck making it necessary to have a long space for all this to fit. Nonetheless, there was no issue at either the townhouse or my house 1200 miles away. The empty pod was delivered to the townhouse a bit late, but they picked up the full pod and delivered it to my house two weeks later as scheduled, and early enough to get things done. I am pleased with how all this worked out and will certainly recommend this service and use this service again.

I was doing a local move, and used two containers from pack rat. First one was delivered great. They called me with an estimated time. Showed up on time, were friendly, placed it just right. The second container however.... Very disappointed!!!! This one was ordered a couple months later and I was told it would be at my home before noon. I waited around all day and it didnt show up until 6:30pm, wasnt placed right, wasnt leveled or anything. I was so disappointed and angry. Delivery of both containers to the NEW home was great. Very timely and placed perfectly. I would recommend them to friends and family, however I would warn of time and placement issue.

I was supposed to have my POD picked up on the 30th Of July 2015, no show. I was on the phone for several hours over the course of the evening, no one could make contact with the facility. Couldnt even make a courtesy call to let me know you wouldnt be showing up? I now have new owners moving into my now old house today and they get the luxury of a pod being in their way. Called again first thing this morning and still cant make contact. Never again will I use your service or recommend it to anyone else. Absolutely ridiculous.

Its better then PODS ,on time every time nicest guys you would every want to meet
