NIGHTMARE!!!It couldnt have been worse!!!! I called many companies and was assured by Dottie at Thunder Movers that her company was the best and had nothing but expierence packers. Two people came out and pack the truck and stated that they had many years of experience and they would make sure that everything would be pack tight and nothing would be damaged. We have stratches, chips and broken furniture, they had a chair on top of the TV which got broken. I have sent pictures and called Dottie regarding the damage she will not answer or return my calls. We paided for expierence packers and ended up with many damage and broken pieces of furniture. We also tip them very well. I will never used this company or refer them to no one else.

Lazy and tried to rip me off at every possible opportunity. They claimed it took two trips to move everything in a small one bedroom apartment, and even then they didnt include all of the furniture, and flat out refused to move it because they said it was a liability issue. They also took eight hours to do it, and I have no idea how thats even possible. Tried to charge double time and a half, saying it was holiday pay because my belongings were moved on a weekend BEFORE a holiday. These rates were not mentioned at all when I requested a quote. Did not reassemble furniture, stuffed everything into one room. Never NEVER use these crooks.

I had them pack things: nothing was packed correctly, everything was just thrown in to boxes haphazardly. Instead of sending me a bill as they said they would do, they went ahead and charged my credit card without trying to contact me at all! The whole operation seemed haphazard as if they did not communicate with each other or with their customers. It was absolutely the worst experience I have had with a moving company, I would not recommend them or use them again!!!

The movers failed to show up on the scheduled day and time, no one answered the business phone number, and the voice mailbox was not accepting messages. An e-mail sent to the business has not been responded to. I urge people to avoid this business and to report it to the Oregon Department of Transportation and Better Business Bureau if you have had similar experiences. I would give the business zero stars, but that option is apparently not available.

Efficient and very competent. Moved a large piano for me. At the house they were moving it from, they put much effort and thought into making sure the homeowners surrounding furniture was out of the way, then made sure it all got put back where it was. Same care was taken at my house when delivering the piano. Great communication at all points in the experience...highly recommended for moves large and small!

Did a fine job moving our stuff and a terrible job storing it. Literally months of calling them to try and get a bill sent to us and met with nothing but excuses. In the end we had to pay an entire years worth of storage fees at once to retrieve out items. They insisted on cash, and it felt like paying a ransom.

Thunder Movers executed an office materials move for me last week. Their rates are competitive, their service is friendly, organized and punctual and the movers themselves were excellent to work with! Going forward, Thunder Movers will get all of my moving business!!
