We have had Wizard out twice in the last two days. The first time was for a shower back up that was coming from a plug in the main line (roots, argh). We had received an estimate from Roto-Rooter for $700; thankfully, Mark was able to fix the problem in short order for $189. Unfortunately, the flow back had caused another clog somewhere higher up the line, causing a leak when we run water on the other side of the house. I was able to loosen this myself with a 25 auger (thinking I had fixed the problem). In the process of accessing the drain, however I bumped an attachment to the sink which began to leak and was extremely difficult to access. Mark came back, and fixed the problem at absolutely zero cost, even though he had driven out, provided his expert opinion, and spent close to half an hour tightening it up.

Excellent job done by Mario and his team. Replaced my leaking A.O. Smith Vertex water heater (that had a faulty flue which caused premature corrosion) with a simpler Bradford white water heater. Mario spotted the faulty flue (due to shoddy initial installation of the water heater 7 years ago) and fixed it for a small addition cost. His price was better then 2 other Yelp competitors and the quality appears to be excellent. I would strongly recommend them.

I called these guys one evening in a panic. The dispatcher, I think her name was Tina was very helpful. She called one of the plumbers and had them out first thing the very next morning and they got our bathroom up and running. You never know how much you love your bathroom until you cant use it. Their prices were reasonable and they left my bathroom nice and clean and in working order. Thanks Wizard Team!!!!!

Had a Saturday morning sewer problem. The dispatcher said they would be out between 11 and one. I asked Steve M. to diagnose the problem and he recommended we change our plumbing from 3" to 4" and get rid of some 90 degree angles. He took the time to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, the toilet had to be removed to get a snake in there to flush things out. I like small local companies.

Be careful. I was fooled by the 5 star reviews and called these guys out. I had two plumbers come out and say that it cost $1900 to fix my shower. They insisted that it needed a whole new system. I got a second opinion and it ended up costing me $75 to replace and obtain the correct handles.
