Discovered we had a spring in our front yard which had formed when our water supply pipe to the home had been broken by an old tree root. Of course, no water to the house unless we wanted a pond in the yard. Called four plumbers in the area before I called Olympic Plumbing. None could get to us for several days at least. When I spoke with Molly at Olympic Plumbing she was willing to try and get us taken care of the same day it at all possible. Molly told me she would check with the crews about noon to see how their day looked and would call me to let me know if they would make it that day. If they couldnt make it that day, for sure the next morning. Molly did call and told me they would be able to get to us later in the afternoon. Ron came out mid afternoon and was able to get the leaking pipe repaired, including digging the hole and back filling it, in less than 2 hours, under his original estimate. Really appreciate Mollys and Rons professionalism. Usually, when you need a plumber its not planned. Nice they could get us taken care of the same day.

I recently had Olympic Plumbing come over and re-pipe some of my old plumbing and give me insight into ideas I had about my shower. From start to finish, they were the best! Molly was so courteous and helpful with getting me set up with an appointment. She also had me send photos to give my plumber a better idea of my needs so the appointment would run smoother. Spencer was my plumber, and I cant say enough about his positivity and enthusiasm. I received a phone call informing me when he was 15 minutes out. He performed the re-pipe and gave me advice about my shower. His explanation of my concerns gave me the peace of mind and confidence to take care of the job in the future. AND he gave some nice restaurant recommendations. Being new to the neighborhood, this is definitely much appreciated. Long story short, all of the staff I encountered at Olympic plumbing were top notch. Professional, personable and punctual!

Totally unreliable, my gf and I had an appointment between 11 and 1 on a Friday. They never showed up. My gf called them shortly after one and got no answer. I called them at 1:30 and left a voicemail. I never got a call back. My gf called them at again 2:30 and left another voicemail and neither of us ever received a call back. My gf called again at 4:00 and a lady finally picked up. She claimed that they had a system crash and lost all their contacts. Even if that is true that still doesnt justify it in my opinion because we left our names, phone numbers, and address in the voicemail! Anyway the lady apologized and said that they would send someone over right away. Another hour passes and we still dont hear from anyone or receive a call back. This is complete bullshit and Ill take my business somewhere else!

Saved from what wouldve been a disaster! Symptoms last night suggested a block in my main sewer line. I researched local plumbers in our community, trusted the reviews and sooo glad I did. I called first thing this am. Ron was here within a couple hours.. cleared my line, diagnosed potential issues for preventative measures, explained everything thoroughly, and was conscientious about not leaving any mess behind. Im grateful and impressed with the prompt response, efficient quality work, and how both Ron and his wife were positive, kind, and professional. I now can say "I have a plumber." Thanks so much for saving the day, and getting us back in business so all can do their business. :-)

I had a sewer backup on a Sunday evening into my basement. I called at least 12 different plumbers from online in the area. Ron at Olympics Sundays rate was lower than most companies I called normal rate. I first spoke to an answering service and within 15 minutes Ron called me back directly. After we got off the phone it was less than 45 minutes and Ron was here at my house. Ron was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem within the hour. I appreciate his fair and reasonable prices as well as his friendly and professional customer service attitude. Ron will be the last plumber I will ever call. I give Olympic Plumbing Technology an 11 on a scale of 1-10.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but believe sometimes it’s warranted. And that’s my experience with Olympic Plumbing. In a nutshell, excellent customer service at a fair price. What else is there? Travis was professional, courteous, and went the extra mile. He repaired what needed to be done, but was also upfront enough suggest that he really didn’t need to do the work for tasks I could do myself. As a result Olympic Plumbing will be my first call. And I’ve already recommended them to a coworker. Thanks for the great work and great service!!

Had a pipe burst over the cold streak recently, water was flooding my garage and i was having a lot of difficulty contacting a plumber who could come out immediately to help us! Luckily Leroy was available came out and fixed our pipe so quickly, he was so charming and helpful, it was really a pleasure to have him in our home! I would recommend OPT for all plumbing needs, minor or major. They are professional organized kind and family owned- WHICH I LOVE!

We discovered our water heater was leaking and had broken today. Olympic Plumbing Technology was there within 2 hours to check it out, returned within an hour with a new water heater, and had it installed and running in a couple of hours more. John was friendly, knew what he was doing, and kept us informed the whole time. Weve used them before a few times, and they are the first plumbers we will call next time as well.

We recently bought a replacement gas range, but I needed a gas line moved for it to fit. I tried a competitor that gave me a 4 hour window and couldnt be bothered to show on time. Olympic was a refreshing change from that. They gave me a half hour window and were completely on time. The plumber not only moved my gas line, but helped me slide in the new range as well! We will use them whenever we need plumbing help.
