I just bought a new house and I called and asked for some general help on a few plumbing questions I had. The ladies got me in the schedule for the next day and the service man ,Nick, was out the next day. He called when he was 30 minutes out and was right on time. He was very polite and answered every question we had and gave us very sound advice. He even looked at our refrigerator and checked the water hose that was turned off for some reason. He didnt do a whole lot of actual work but he helped answer all of our questions. We fully anticipated a service charge regardless of what we found so we were fine with that. He apologized for the charge but it was less than $100 so we thought it was very fair. I would highly recommend Robison plumbing. The office and tech was a first rate experience. thx

Very poor service. Called for a plumbing emergency this morning. Feb. 1, 2017. Spoke with a female who was rude and sarcastic and kept repeating herself. Treated me like I was her ex boyfriend or someone she despises. I asked when someone could come out and she said she didnt know, but they would call me when they were on the way. An emergency usually means you dont have time to wait for the unknown. Will not use this service again. Very disappointed.

Just got off the phone with the horrible receptionist. She was rude kept repeating herself while I was looking for my landlords number. Made me not want to do business with this company at all even with free estimates I will just pay someone else. As a note to the manager, as a customer service award winning shop you need to let that lady go.
