There are two things Ive dreaded in life for a long time. Going to the dentist and having to call a plumber. Why? SUPER bad experiences on both scores. Ive finally found a dentist I love - Vetter Dental in Olympia and the universe is shining down upon my life as on Friday, I found a dream plumber. I woke up Friday morning and turned my shower on and my toilet started bubbling like a witchs cauldron. Thankfully, only water was boiling. I tried to flush - no go. I tried to plunge and no go. And then I started to totally stress, as the last two plumbers Id hired, had left me penniless and had done shoddy work. I googled Olympia Plumbers and White Knight Plumbing was my first hit. I really liked the name and read several of the reviews and thought the third time might be the charm and it was. Chris called me back early in the morning and when I told him the toilet "symptoms" he said a main pipe blockage. He said his schedule was booked solid but would work this in between 2-3 and the White Knight truck arrived at my house at 2:30pm. It took a little over an hour for the guys to pull the toilet and clear the block and the price was reasonable. When they took the toilet off the floor, there was another problem. The pipe under the house had broken and another pipe has been shoved in to "fix" and there was no flange. The technician said this was far from ideal and I said I wanted it fixed for sure. I called to schedule another appointment and it was a little over a month out, as I needed to save a bit of money to do the second repair. When I asked for a December appointment, Chris said it really should be fixed sooner and I told him I needed to save up some $. He said not to worry about that. He d found over the years, you can trust people to pay and I could split it over two payments. What?! Huh? Are you kidding me? It was like the most amazing thing Id ever heard and made ME trust him even more. So the work will be done next week and I will get it paid by the end of November. If youve had bad experiences with plumbers in the past, please give Chris a call. He will restore you faith in people, business owners and plumbers! Michele Young

We will always go through White Knight Plumbing from now on. If you are worried about getting "ripped off" contact White Knight first! They are honest about your options and their prices are very reasonable. We just had a water main line break and I couldnt be happier with their repair, and more importantly, their customer service. We had a couple of companies come out to give us estimates and White Knight went above & beyond. They not only gave us a fair estimate (and contacted the city on our behalf about permits since one option included going through the citys sidewalk to the main meter) but they also gave us advice about how to try another option that would result in a MUCH lower price. They had nothing to gain with the second option, but they recommended it anyway. That is the definition of integrity and honesty to me. We also used them about 10 years ago for a full remodel (everything on the inside of the house -- all new lines, additional bathroom, water heater, washer, dishwasher) and they had the best price. We have NEVER had an issue with any of the extensive work that they did. We were going to call them about our new problem anyway, but were so happy to see their A grade on Angies List. Ive had bad experiences with contractors in the past and I can honestly say that White Knight Plumbing is one of the "good guys."

You gotta love the name, but it gets even better than that. Who knew that a plumbing nightmare could turn out so well? Despite my being cranky (we were without water after the pipes froze for a week), when Chris left, I was all smiles. We were so impressed with his work, we went ahead and got some additional work done while he was out. Here is why you should call the White Knight: 1) He helped me problem solve on the phone for free to make sure that I really needed him to come out. 2) He always answered the phone or got right back. 3) He worked around our dinner rush. 4) He left everything cleaner than he found it. 5) He was on time, communicated well, did a beautiful job for a reasonable price, and his commitment to a job well done is evident in his work.

White Knight Plumbing is THE BEST. They say that theyre reliable, honest and affordable, and its all true. I hired them for a bathroom remodel, then a kitchen remodel, and then more work on a rental home. Chris responds to calls quickly (at any hour of the day or night), explains things clearly, isnt afraid of less-than ideal circumstances, and consistently charges less than other plumbers for quality work. I called him for a quote after reading other reviews online, and my only qualm about writing this review is that he will soon be so popular that he wont have enough time left to work on my projects in the future!

We were geared up for the expense of installing a tankless water heater and asked Chris to come out an give us an estimate. After reviewing the layout of our house, the electrical, plumbing and ventilation issues, Chris surprised us by telling us that he wouldnt recommend the tankless because to overcome the challenges in our situation would greatly increase the cost of installation and long-term maintenance. I appreciate the fact that he didnt just try to sell us something and stick us with a bill or a situation that would be a huge investment that didnt pay off in the end. Thats what I call integrity.

I had a leaky outside faucet, so being the do-it-yourselfer that I am, I tried to repair it. It didnt work. Nine oclock at night and I had a leaking pipe inside my wall. We called White Knight and Chris was there in a matter of minutes. He used state of the art remote camera technology to repair the busted pipe inside the wall without cutting the wall board. Chris was in and out of the crawl space in the dark and still had the faucet repaired in 45 minutes flat. I am a White Knight satisfied customer and can guarantee that next time I have a plumbing need, I am calling on White Knight Plumbing.

few weeks back I was in need of some help with a kitchen and bath remodel that I had tried to take on. My skill level wasnt exactly up to the task. I called around to a few places and ended up settling on white knight. Chris, the owner was really friendly and he worked through the weekend to help get my project completed. He charged a bit more than I was hoping to pay but the quality of the work was excellent and he didnt get to frustrated with me when I changed my mind about fixtures half way through the project. Will use again if I have other plumbing needs

Chris at White Knight Plumbing is a life saver! We own and run a Bed & Breakfast, so when we have a problem it needs fixing quickly! He is always attentive and professional. He is careful not to make a mess and cleans up if he does. He explains what he is doing and why things broke in the first place. In addition he has also added some outdoor faucets for us, making our life easier. We recommend him to all our friends in the neighborhood.
