Called for help and was answered. I called this gentleman today because I could not get the water hose on the outdoor garden to come on. I had called 2 other plumbers and said the same thing to them. One told em that they wanted 235 dollars to come out and fix it. one said 50 dollar show up fee plus labor with a minimum of one hour. I am new to the pacific north west and never owned a home before. He told me exactly what the issue was (the water main was turned off from winter) and how to fix it, where it was exactly and all so patiently laughing with me as I fumbled to find the supply behind my husbands military gear. I was prepared to pay him for his time and he did not take advantage of my ignorance. What an amazing and honest person he is. I will surely call when I have a need again Sir!

It all started from a late emergency call for a water line to our fridge came apart spraying water everywhere. Bline Plumbing came and fixed the problem and recommended a more permanent fix. Besides his friendly and trust worthy demeanor I hired him for the job after finding his price to be fair. Now after a leaky bathroom faucet he again comes quickly, efficiently dealing with the issue and explains what to expect in the future and costs to expect. I always feel like Im not being husled, leaving me confident with the quality of work as well as the ease of having "my plumber" he is just the one to call now. From a thankful and loyal customer.

I was calling around to plumbers to get my garbage disposal fixed. I explained to them what was going on and I got quoted anywhere between $39.50 to $100. When I called these guys and explained what it was going, he started trouble shooting right there on the phone. I was able to talk me through fixing it myself. That saved me a few hundreds dollars. Instead of just showing up and charging me for their service, they were really out for my best interest. These are my new plumbers. :-)
