Terrible customer service, no response and no follow through. They sent someone out for a job that was not able to handle the job in question, that person said they would schedule someone else to come out that day or first thing the next morning to evaluate and do the job. Over 48 hours passed with no one following up, when I finally got a hold of someone and told them I was ready to find someon else to do the job because of lack of service they said ok and hung up. TERRIBLE Company and Service.

I have called Beaverton Plumbing for several jobs in my house, including fixing a leaking pipe, replacing toilets and installing new bathroom sinks. I have always had a great experience with them. They offer reasonable rates, their staff is punctual and efficient, and their job has always been great. I definitely recommend them.

I got 3 quotes for a completely exposed plumbing job. Beaverton Plumbing was 3x higher than the others. The plumbing company I went with had a great rating, passed inspection with no issues, and did a great job. Definitely get other quotes as the price Beaverton Plumbing quoted me was ridiculous.

I hired Beaverton Plumbing as a contractor on a TI project. It was the worst decision I made during the project. Multiple issues, missed appointments, good luck getting them to return your phone call. Incompetent, inept, unprofessional, the list goes on and on. Would not recommend.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance for a quote because they were booked. They called the day before the appointment and canceled saying they werent taking any new work. Super rude. Wasted two weeks when I could have found someone else.
