Lousy customer service. It took 3 weeks to get a water heater installed and another 2 weeks to get it fixed after they installed it. The office did not communicate with their plumber, who was working hard, and did not return phone calls. It should not take 5 weeks and many, many phone calls to get a water heater installed.

I have to agree with the previous poster. Eric is horrible. I walked in asking questions about a plumbing job Im doing. He treated me like an idiot and acted like I was wasting his time. I needed to buy quite a bit of plumbing but because of the way he treated me, I took my business elsewhere.

This is the warehouse that supplies plumbing contractors. Go to one of the retail locations if you have questions /need help. All of the guys here are great at pulling stock and getting us contractors out the door.
