Bill, the service repairman that came out to do my repairs is an outstanding person. From the first time he stepped of his truck I knew that I was going to like him. He has an outstanding attitude,friendly and vibrant personality from the time he stepped out of his truck until he was back in the truck rolling down the driveway. He was the most comfortable friendly repairman that i have ever had and I enjoyed talking to him, It was a relief to have a person come out and do their job with out worrying about being pressured to buy something I didnt need or couldnt afford. When I told him I couldnt afford the bladder tank that he suggested at this time his reply was I understand. It was a relief not to have to argue why I didnt want it at this time. When I can afford it I will most certainly buy it from you and I want bill to come out and install it. We were without water for 4 days thanks to Beacon plumbing who had the worst technician and the company has the worst customer service and attitude. Thanks for sending Bill out to do my repairs on my well. I am so very thankful that he was positive that he would give me water and he was not going to five up until he succeeded unlike Beacon Plumbing that left me high and dry and when asked them if they are leaving without giving me water his reply was yes and we dont give a damn if you have water. They took my money and gave me nothing in return except a poor attitude. I have already had the opportunity to tell a couple of people about my experience with Beacon Plumbing and that I highly recommend West Coast Plumbing. They also had a terrible experience with Beacon Plumbing and when they need your services they are going to give you a call. It was great to know that their is an honest comp;any with great attitude. My only wish is that I found you before calling Beacon Plumbing and losing so much money that I couldnt really afford. I am new at this business of dealing with aggressive companies and I was just about to give up of ever finding one I could completely trust without wondering if they are taking advantage of me. It was a relief to get the job done and also enjoy talking to a wonderful understanding person while he was doing a great job.

I needed to close on the sale of my home with a plumbing issue outstanding. A set screw was rusted in place and needed to be removed. Ean did everything to avoid cutting into the wall and was successful!! Wonderful company to work with, great service and communication, skilled plumbers with perseverance & patience.
