I know they have good plumbers. I work with them on a few different jobs. But I had a bad experience i had asked for a bid awnry Plumbing my house getting rid of all the old cast iron piping and some guy in the office that never even been to my house give me a quote. it was about three weeks out. And about a week before the work was to start I called and wanted to delete a couple items because of my budget had changed. The guy started barking at me and telling me that he couldnt change the bid that I already agreed to it . All I wanted to do was delete a hot water installation and two hose bibs, outside. I was willing to go through with Plumbing of the rest of the house but he had such a bad attitude was telling me that he wasnt willing could not or would not change it so I know thats not right. Things always get added or deleted when it comes to work whether youre a big business or just a homeowner so I didnt appreciate the guys attitude. Its too bad cuz they have great installers really good people I dont know who this guy is giving the bids that works at the office. I told them since it was going to be like that to cancel the work that I was going to go a different direction and he was fine just to leave it at that. Who knows what he told the people at the office in the installers the actual plumbers

Trevor from Swift came out to the house, called Navien and "troubleshot" my tankless water heating system (actually Navien told him what to try and Swift charged me $95 for that), and it was recommended I order this $165 part. I did, and Trevor told me I could save some bucks by installing it myself, and yes it was a simple job, just three nuts and put the new part in and tighten the nuts. Did not fix the problem!!! No change whatever. Called them back and now they say it will be a MINIMUM of $300 to have Trevor come back out. Not only that, since he doesnt know how to troubleshoot the system himself, he will have to call Navien everytime he comes out, and every time he comes out it will be ANOTHER $300!!!!! Folks, stay away from Swift Plumbing!!!!! I had been told that Swift was the best around for working on Navien systems, but they obviously do not know how to troubleshoot a system even.

An outstanding company! I used them to do all the new construction plumbing for a 2000 square foot home I built in 2013, plus follow on maintenance actions for my 800 square foot cottage that I also built in 2011 (and that another company had previously plumbed). Their staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to take the time to explain solutions in detail. I would not go anywhere else.

After a major water break on a Thursday trying to get a Plumber out to fix it before a three day weekend was challenging. Swift was able to respond in the afternoon and repair the damage and get my water restored. Very professional. Although at the high end for rates, it was worth it.

Our old hot water tank died just hours before a huge crowd was scheduled to arrive. Swift Plumbing had a new tank installed within 90 minutes of our call. Well never call anyone except them. Dave & Cathy
