Power Plumbing has ignored my six messages, being told by anyone I reach in the office the owner will be getting back to me, for an itemized bill or explanation of charges. The bill was paid immediately and we are not arguing charges, but the guy was at my house for less than 40 minutes and we had a bill for over $300. All I have been requesting was an explanation of charges. It wasnt an emergency visit, not on a weekend or holiday, and when I asked the guy while he was leaving what the service charge just to come to the house was he replied "I dont know the office takes care of that" and left, also taking one of our moving blankets that we put on the floor so any water was caught. While they got the job done, and it was a simple job cleaning a clogged line, I would never use this company unless you know the price up front.

Tough Momma

I called Power Plumbing with a pipe burst and flowing water under our house from the cold weather. Unfortunately, every other plumber was dealing with the same issue all around Portland due to below freezing temps. I was on the wait list with 10 plumbers till calling Power Plumbing. They were so helpful and showed compassion upon hearing my situation. Christine said they were also booked up till the next day but she would try one more option to see if she could help. Little did I know she had called the owner, and within minutes, his truck was pulling up to my house! He quickly discovered the problem and solved the problem within minutes. I will call Power Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues. They provided exceptional customer service and did it with urgency and a smile! Thank you Power Plumbing!

This is the second time we have used Power Plumbing of Portland and plumber, Jim Crume. My rental home is 110 yrs. old with a water heater in a crawl space. This was an emergency situation as the cement retaining walls crashed along with several wooden beams. He had very little space, amongst electricians and Terra Firma crews, to stabilize the heater and attach to a new cement wall. I was amazed how he had to maneuver his torso around dirt with about 5" of clearance above his head. Now everything is up to code and working beautifully. He not only has a great personality but is very knowledgeable about old homes and everything plumbing. I would recommend Power Plumbing highly.

I have to say I am quite disappointed with my experience with this company. I had some minor repairs that needed to be done and the guy came out and did it no problem. I was a bit irritated that the hourly rate wasnt detailed on my invoice, but they cleared that up with me. What REALLY upset me, was checking on the basement toilet after he left. I noticed that he had used the toilet, and there was still "evidence" that he did. I sent an email to the company letting them know that this was upsetting to me, and while I dont mind paying for travel time, I do mind paying for the plumber to use my toilets. Its been 4 days and no response.

AND when the City of Portland came out because of an issue with the main street valve - the City of Portland said "they did my kitchen!". Of course they did. Super grateful for their expedient, efficient, affordable & professional work. Turned a super stressful situation in my home to a major relief. Thank you, Josh & Carl!

I recently moved into a new home and needed several repairs done to the plumbing. I had received a great referral for Power Plumbing from a friend of mine so I decided to go with them. I am very thankful for the referral from my friend and was very pleased with work done my Scott and Adam. Called on Tuesday and got a time slot for Friday. Laura called the next day and said they had someone free and they could come out today. Jake came out and did a fantastic job on a tough commercial plumbing problem problem another plumbing contractor did not want to handle. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Power Plumbing!

Their lunatic driver nearly ran me off the freeway today cutting me off going about 20 miles over the speed limit. Somebody needs to find that driver and let him know it is extremely dangerous to drive like that in traffic. Would never hire from a company like this.
