I have a rental property in Vancouver and living 1700+ miles away it is hard to find a good and honest plumber. My tenants called me one morning to tell me that the hot water heater was leaking and they had no hot water. Not good. I wasnt sure who to call so I went online and found Rowe Plumbing. I called and to my surprise Tim answered immediately and cheerfully. I explained the situation and Tim assured me he could get it dealt with. He was able to get to my property within an hour to assess the situation. He called me and said the tank was leaking which required replacement. That wasnt what I wanted to hear but thats life. He explained what needed to be done and gave me options as to how to go about fixing it which I really appreciated. He also gave me a price up front instead of telling me it will be so much per hour so I could decide before getting the work done and know what the total cost would be. I decided to get a new 50 gallon tank which was an upgrade from the leaky one that was a 40 gallon tank because as Tim explained the price difference was negligible and would be better for my tenants who had 2 children, of which I agreed. After the work was done Tim called me to tell me how it went and that all was working now. I was able to pay him via credit card over the phone and he even sent me photos of the completed job so I could see it for myself. The work was professionally done and I could tell he took pride in his work. The price for the work was very reasonable considering the professionalism Tim exhibited. I spoke with my tenants after Tim left to see what their opinion was and as expected, they too thought highly of Tim and Rowe Plumbing. Overall, the experience was a very good one and I highly recommend to anyone in the Vancouver area to use Rowe Plumbing and Drain for all your plumbing needs. Having an honest contractor is priceless and I can easily say that I feel Tim is honest and very knowledgeable and worth whatever he charges for a service. "Good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt any good." Rowe Plumbing will continue to get my business for all my plumbing needs at my rental property.

Last night, I stepped what felt like foot deep into a soaking wet walk-in closet that is directly behind the hose bib for my back yard. Shut off the water to the house from the street and left a call with the plumbers I previously used and they didnt get back to me until this morning and said "we can see you next week"...umm, the day before Thanksgiving? I think not. So I did a quick search and found Tim Rowe. I called him and he said he could absolutely come out the same day. I was his last stop at 4 pm and we are out in Battle Ground. He was cheerful, super helpful, and went right away into diagnostic mode. Didnt take him too long to discover that it was not at all the hose bib (it surprised both of us!) but he took the extra time to investigate and we found that the gutter was plugged and not draining. Holy cow. Gallons and water were pouring from the butt-end of that gutter, right down into the wall at the 90 degree section and flooding that corner. What a mess. Tim was great though...I mean, the guy not only just looked and guessed but dug his hands right in and cleared the gutter without thinking about it and solved the immediate problem. Didnt even want to charge me for the call, even though he was here for about 30 minutes and I live way out here in Battle Ground. Needless to say, I made sure to pay him something for the call and for saving my bacon! Tim is great! I have about 3 more projects here that need a plumber and I tell you...Tim will ALWAYS be the one I call from now on. Thanks, Tim!!

So I called and Tim just left. They were able to squeeze me into a window of time today. He notified me when he was coming and about how long it would take him to be there. He fixed my tub and then gave me a little consult on another bathroom possible re-design. BUT, then I asked him about a garbage disposal in the kitchen. He could have been like others (dont want to mention the name here) and taken the automatic "upsell." Instead, he didnt recommend it because we have septic and if I put one in, wed see a lot more of him. Hes a nice enough guy, but I like to save money! 　 Nice to have an honest person! I will HIGHLY recommend him!

Tim is incredibly helpful. He stopped by my house twice to help consult on a tricky shower valve that wouldnt shut off. The value stem end up having the washer stuck inside causing to have a significant leak. The repair required access through the porcelain surround which needed a larger whole cut. Not a service he provides. However, once I gained the access Tim came by a second time to see if the solution worked. A $20 part once the access was there. He provided excellent advice on how best to research and resolve the issue and ultimately didnt even charge me. The dude rocks!

Had issues with the drain in my condo around 5:30 on Sunday 7/3. I was thinking since it was a holiday weekend I would be in a world of hurt. I contacted Rowe who, in turn, contacted one of their plumbers. About 30 minutes later I received a call back and they arrived within 10 minutes. Tim, our repair guy, was very pleasant and understanding given that it was a holiday weekend. He took care of the issue promptly, professionally, and made some additional recommendations to help in the future. Great service from a great company! I wouldnt hesitate to call them again if need be.

Fantastic customer service. I thought my shower had a leak. So I called Rowe Pluming for help. Tim promptly returned my call, carefully listened to what I had to say, then informed me of what the problem might be, what to expect, and how much it would cost. Tim arrived at my home within 30 minutes, thoroughly investigated the situation and, fortunately, told me I had no leaks. Yeah. Now I have peace of mind. I would highly recommend Rowe Pluming and would use them again in a heartbeat, Very professional and reasonably priced. Cheers Tim.

All I can say is "Wow". Tim and his assistant are professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I initally had Tim look at a leak at a rental property- the report back from the tenant was so good I was reassured in hiring Rowe Plumbing for my home as well. I was not disappointed. They arrived on time, told me the truth, and worked efficiently and clean. They kept the area safe enough for a puppy (barricades sometimes dont work, I learned)! If you want quality work, Call these guys. Price is right, and the work is amazing.

I called Rowe Plumbing about a week ago and scheduled a repipe thinking we needed all needed all sorts of work done, and with Tims knowledge he was able to identify that I didnt need all that replaced. I needed work done but not needing to pipe the entire place. I simply had a draining blockage, and a random mishap with a vent pipe, and need a bathtub faucet replaced they were SUPER HONEST, FAIR, FRIENDLY, and QUICK! Will have more work done by them in the future! Absolutely recommend Rowe Plumbing and Drain!!!
