DO NOT TRUST. Fischer not only tried to pull a classic bait and switch on their original quote, but tried to double bill me for several items expressly included in their original quote. My water heater was leaking and I called around a few places for quotes to have it replaced, all of which were pretty similar, and I ended up selecting Fischer. When their installation representative arrived, he took a look at the existing water heater and started to talk about certain extras I might need. After about fifteen minutes of taking notes, he presented a revised invoice for nearly double their original quote, which included charges for items that were expressly included in the original quote. When I asked him why he was charging me twice for items that were already listed in the original quote, he had no answer - at this point I politely asked him to leave. Quoting someone $900 to deliver and install a new water heater with earthquake straps and remove and dispose of the old water heater seems like a lot, but not unreasonable. When their installation representative tried to raise the price to over $1500 for the exact same job (which me and a friend ended up doing ourselves the next weekend for the price of a new water heater ($250) and a pizza) -- double charging for some items and adding on line item charges for things like consumables -- I call it like I see it -- fraud.

10 years ago, we hired Fischer based on their positive reviews and availability for same day services. It ended that we (our neighbors and our family) needed to replace our old sewage line from our property lines into the street. We were charged $6,000.00 for a clean out that was never marked, buried (which they claimed they HAD to - which in talking to other companies may not be true), nor did they provide us with documentation of location - which would have saved us a lot of time and money had we had this information! Fast-forward 10 years, we have to spend another $6,000. 00 to repair THE CLEAN-OUT that was incorrectly installed, unmarked, and now is overgrown by roots, in addition to a gas line that was damaged due to the search of the clean-out. When contacted, Fischer reported that they are required by law to shred all paperwork in 5 years (as a healthcare professional, I highly doubt this is the truth). Not only was Fischer not helpful trying to locate our old files, but now I know that their work is shoddy at best.

Don took my order / appointment and gave a clear idea of the process. Ben and his team came out and executed the order exactly as needed. This was such a refreshing process. I had done a major remodel of our kitchen last year and the plumber (not Fischer) didnt pull permits and got me fined. he made mistakes and I hate the overall process. I was worried about this project but Fischer refreshed my faith. I will use them going forward and recommend them to my neighbors!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Ficher plumbing will do an average service for quadruple the cost without telling you upfront. I had a guy fix a leaking tank for $255/hr + labor and tax ($75 just for them to come to your door, and $45 for every quarter hour of work!) They never disclosed their rate upfront when I called, and I was duped to believe from a previous call that the $75 was their hourly rate. I got suckered into hiring them. At least you dont have to.

Dont use fisher plumbing, if you want to get ripoff go ahead and use them. I had a water leak in my water tank, I called them on saturday , he came for 10 minutes, he said he changed a valve, guess how much my Bill? 350 dollars for 10 minutes . they charge me for 2 dollars piece 70 and 280 for 10 minutes. I can proof a receipt please contact me . Again dont use them , check google places for some honest people.

I requested a service call to have a sink installed. I thought it would be relatively straight-forward but it was not. The sink was from Mexico & very "Brittle". When your team tried to attach the drain, the rim chipped. Derek really went above & beyond trying to come up w/ a way to get it to work. The guys figured out a solution. I REALLY appreciated their persistence & hard work. Great team!

We put in over $1000.00 worth of plants this year alone. Suddenly we discovered one hose bib didnt work. It had been working fine last year. Called our favorite go-to plumbing company. Derek showed up within a few hours & handled the job nicely replacing (2) hose bibs. He was a great guy, very polite, cheery can-do sort of fellow. Thanks again!

My mother and I have relied on Fischer Plumbing for years. We have always found them to be prompt, professional and reasonable. My mother has been in her home for 55+ years so maintenance is of utmost importance and Fischer is not only reliable, but also very honest in presenting options available. Theyre great!

Derek was on time. He was very friendly, and knowledgable about all of my plumbing needs. He performed excellent work in a timely manner. We are senior citizens and appreciate his explanations of each repair. We will use Derek, and Fischer plumbing in the future. thankyou

My sewer was backed up and I called Fischer plumbing. He came on time and was polite as well as professional and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog the drain and get everything back in order. I did not feel overcharged and was very grateful I had called Fischer plumbing.

Fischer was able to come out to my house the afternoon of our sewage back up. The plumber was able to drain the water and get us connect with the Restoration Dept. immediately. Howard was particularly helpful to me on the phone explaining what needed to be done and why.

Alll I was looking for was the rebuild on my tub. When I asked Steve about toilet and kitchen faucet he had the parts and took care of both. Very pleased with service and price. i have found a new plumbing contractor. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable.

Derek was very helpful throughout the visit. He was able to restore our kids bathroom to fully functioning after several years. Was also willing to do research on our broken MB bath faucet. We were able to order the replacement part on our own so all is good.
