I first came across 3 Mountains Plumbing when I needed a whole house water filtration system. They sent a man named Beau Spurling. He was wonderful. He helped us apply for a special credit card to pay for the system and future repairs. We had a 9.99% interest rate because of good credit scores. He knew what he was doing. He put in a new faucet one time but he didnt know much information about it. Sadly the company had the inside galvanized piping with galvanized nipples. Beau was whisked away to another company. The next guy they sent out was named Derk who trained under Beau. You would think someone trained under the best plumber in the universe would do pretty good. He came for the service on the system, 1, he did not reset the system at all, 2 he didnt finish the paperwork so he called last minute to drop by and finish when I was on my way to an interview, 3 he changed the interest rate on the card to 26.99% and we owed $1,031.86 ASAP. That put me off the company and decided to start doing the maintenance myself. It wasnt easy for me to learn the system and just about every time I get cut. I do it anyway. About two weeks ago we discovered we had some kind of leak under the sink. I couldnt seem to find another plumber and when I used Home Advisor they just had 3 mountains call me again. So I gave in and made an appointment. They are here right now. They sent over a man named Brian and he is more incompetent than the last. He doesnt know the difference between galvanized piping, and nipples from regular steel piping. I told him the inside piping of the faucet where the hose goes is rusted and he tried repeatedly to convince me it wasnt the pipe with the hose coming through but all the piping in the house. I did extensive tests to make sure that wasnt the case long before he was even scheduled. I told him repeatedly and he insisted we needed all new piping. The only place galvanized piping is, is to the master bathroom, the kitchen faucet and the nipples that came with the faucet. We have had it confirmed by the best multiple times. The only reason I am letting him finish is because it is important to stop the leak. I advise you to avoid them. After Beau left, their company became incompetent and scammers!! I score 96% on intuition and I know when someone thinks I dont know. Beau was always upfront and honest with me, this guy isnt being honest at all. He wants to get his company more money and that is not okay. Find another company, even if you have to figure out a way to divert or stop a leak on your own. Find someone else! Update 1:08am 8/15/2017 I just finished scrubbing sealant out of my sink!!!!! The nitwit put sealant on the new disposal and placed it in the sink!!! It took me hours to get it out with what I had in the house already!! Find someone else!!!!!

Trina and Jeff at 3 Mountains Plumbing are true Angels. They helped me when no one else would. I will NEVER call anyone else for my plumbing needs. 3 Mountains Plumbing is my plumber for life!. My mother had just died a few days before and my debit card had been hacked that same day, which left me without access to my bank account. I was already under a large amount of stress when the main water line coming into the house ruptured leaving myself, my elderly father, my daughter, and grandson without running water. It was Fathers Day weekend, I had called many plumbers who all told me the same thing, they were either "booked out" at least 4 weeks and had no one available, or the charge would be $300.00 an hour to come out, with an additional $150.00 fee just to show up. I honestly could not afford it due to the burial and memorial costs I had just paid out. Thats when I found 3 Mountains Plumbing and talked to Trina. She was kind, helpful and compassionate, and told me not to worry, she would see what she could do to at least get someone out to survey the situation so that I would have a better idea of what needed to be done. I was so grateful to talk to someone who was willing to help, and so moved by her compassion I burst into tears. I had already dug the dirt out from around the problem area earlier to make it easier on whomever showed up. Thats when I met Jeff. Trina had sent Jeff to help. He was in the area on his way to another job when he showed up minutes later in his white van, like a knight in shining armor. He introduced himself and then got right to the job at hand. He surveyed the situation, ran back to his van a couple of times, and before I knew it, had fixed the problem temporarily so we could at least have water coming into the house. It took all of 15 minutes and he was done. I was overcome with emotion when he told me the fix was in place, when all I was expecting was an evaluation. He told me the fix was a temporary one and that it would need to be done differently to make it permanent. I hugged him, told him thank you and that I would be calling them back in the very near future to do this job and a couple other plumbing issues I had inside the house. I will NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE EVER! I am spreading the word to everyone I know, 3 Mountains Plumbing is company to call for all your plumbing needs. Not only are they professional and skilled, they are a wonderful company to work with. Trina and Jeff are outstanding employees and 3 Mountains plumbing is blessed to have them. I am looking forward to working with them soon. Thank you Trina and Jeff, because of people like you, the world is a better place.

I called 3 Mountains Plumbing based on reviews found online in a search for plumbers who could also check sewer lines, because 6 people on my block had recently had sewer backups. I wanted a complete check of my newly purchased 1971 built condo in a preventative move. Nate came and did a superlative job in scoping out the sewer line, emailed me a video of the beginnings of a belly in the line, and installing new low flow toilets, installing new angle stops in bathrooms and kitchen, replacing supply lines with new braided supply lines and checking all water lines and connections. He also explained the options in a customer care club. I joined the club, which turned out to be a really smart move, since the next night (a Sunday) I had a regulator water leak all over the garage floor, which brought out Klint. He spent several hours pulling my water heater out and installing a new regulator. During the process he found the turn off valve for my house water was located behind the water heater, which I could never have reached in an emergency. He relocated that valve to an easy to see and reach position. The next call was answered by Paul and Nate who relocated and installed a new shower head in the guest bath and installed a new sink, faucets and p-trap. All three gentlemen spent a goodly amount of time going over the options, cost as well as proposed work. They were on time, completely professional and very easy to understand. I also appreciated the total cleanup of the job sites. I would very strongly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done honestly and professionally.
