We had a fantastic experience with Tracey & Joel! We moved to Sherwood and decided to call them down for a 2nd opinion after another big, "24/7" company tried to tell us we had to replace the water service for $3600. They searched more thoroughly for the leak and made repairs quickly, explaining what they were doing along the way. Theyre honest, professional and worked within our budget; offering suggestions to help us monitor future leaks and quoted preventative replacement of the water service at about $800 less than the other guys.

We are very pleased with the work done. We had a leaking kitchen pipe replaced within the crawlspace, a rusted saddle valve replaced, and various caps upgraded. Joel did great work in a short period of time at a reasonable price. Well be coming back again to Crouchley for any future work.
