I called Great Western Plumbing to fix a problem I was having with my toilet. They kept telling me over the phone that my septic tank was the reason my toilet was not working. I told them many times that it had been checked just a few months ago, and everything was fine. I also told them that I had two other toilets that work just fine, and if the septic was the problem, all three of the toilets would be backed up. The morning they were supposed to come and fix the toilet, I was called telling me they would not be coming because it was the septic and not the toilet that was causing the problem. All this was done, without coming out to see the toilet or septic. They must be clairvoyant. I had to call another plumber who did a terrific job. If you have a septic tank, I believe you may have to go some where else. PS, it was not the septic.

One of our bath tubs handles broke off and we needed it fixed fast. Called greg and he was here in 20 minutes. Took him 10 minutes ti fix it! All on a Sunday!! Fast, honest and fair service with a smile! would call him again!

They quickly responded to our emergency. Problem diagnosed and repaired with an upgrade of materials. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional.
