I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Back in June the unit we rent was having difficult time with the toilet flushing properly. The problem was fixed, but it seems when Phil,the brother of the owner Mike was out here he was using the machine that snakes the pipes. He cracked the main line. So over the last few months dirt and other debris was clogging the pipe up and our toilet and tub backed up. The owners of the unit we rent got the company back out here again this week and they snaked it again. This time, they busted the pipe and the snake came out the side of the house out of a vent. They didnt know what to do. Then when Phil talked to the owner, they quoted him $10,000 to fix the busted pipe in which the owner questioned why. Phil didnt like being asked questions he couldnt answer and left angrily cussing. Phil came into our unit where my husband and I where sitting and said some very nasty cusswords about the owner. Then, Phil poured sewage water from a bucket into our bathroom sink and left everything as it was without cleaning up. He used my husband and Is personal towels this time and back in June. This company is very unprofessional and needs to work on their customer service. I would never suggest using this company. EVER.

My waterline broke under my front yard and had to run a new line. I didnt have a tool to punch through my foundation for the pipe, so being a good consumer, called around for quotes. Collins plumbing gave me a quote of $250 to punch a 2" hole. When they showed up and found out I was also getting a quote from a competitor, their quote jumped up an extra $50. I went with them because they were still $150 cheaper then the quote from the competitor. Job went ok, could of been better, but eh, I needed the hole drilled. As were settling up, I asked if they offered a military discount, his sly response, I already giving you a *drum roll* $150 discount. So, basically, he knew the competitor price and gouged me an extra $50 because he could. Avoid these people at all costs or at least avoid the owners brother Phil. Yes, Phil Collins. Awesome name but horrible business person....

We are very happy with our experience with this company. I called to get a quote to have a new garbage disposal installed that I had just bought. I spoke with Phil and his estimate was lower than others had quoted, so he got the job. He came over 10 minutes after I got off the phone with him on a Saturday morning and had the new one installed and ready to go before I even finished my omelet. And the final cost was exactly what he said it would be. We will definitely call him next time we are in need of a plumber.

Garbage Disposal was jammed, sink would drain into the dish washer. When running, the dish washer would drain into the sink. Chris arrived, on schedule, checked the disposal-used a special wrench to hand operate-disposal started working again. Sink drained properly and dish washer drained properly. Chris handed me the special tool, his business card, said Merry Christmas and left. Total charge---$0.

I called for an ugly emergency leak in the morning today and Anthony was here less than one hour later. VERY GRATEFUL since I called five other companies that are so busy it would take 2-5 days at the earliest to fix it. He fixed the problem quickly and was nice, clean, and professional. The charge was also EXTREMELY REASONABLE. Thank you Collins Plumbing!

I wouldnt recommend them. Made an appointment with them and they forgot to come. When they did show up the next day, they did not have the adequate tools for the job. Looks like thy might be a small outfit so do not expect full services if you have a major job. Much more professionalism from this company would be desirable.

After meeting the owner - Mr. Collins, I am happy to report that this company is first class and yes, I do recommend them. There prices are much less than the others in western washington that I have used. No extra charge on the weekends (thats when everything bad happens to me) Good company, good people.

when you call this company you always hear babies crying and the tv on--the women who answer can never answer questions-- really unprofessional & I did not hire them because of it--would not trust a company that handles clients that way--they arent exactly cheap

Would rate a zero if could. Asked to have plumber fix outside faucet and quoted my wife 300.00 plus without even coming out and writing up an estimate. I will not call them again for anything.
