WARNING! DISHONEST COMPANY! I took half a day off of work to meet with a plumber from this company. Plumber showed up two hours late, then stood in my bathroom "guessing" at what the problem could be. He offered to start replacing stuff at random until the problem was fixed over a span of MULTIPLE VISITS, all at my expense of course. I told him I would rather we just identify the problem, and I had to repeat my description of the problem to him several times over the span of about twenty minutes time. He wouldnt even be bothered to investigate the leak from where it was visible through the wall in the basement. I told him I would contact him later if I wanted his business, and politely asked him to leave. A couple weeks later, I received a bill for $119 dollars for a diagnosis and an hours work!! I am livid! This business is running an ABHORRENT RACKET! I picked these people at random in the yellow pages and now I am paying for it :(

I try to buy local because I think that is important, BUT you should never have to call a company three times to get an appointment. I called and explained I needed a plumber, was told they would call me back for an appointment. No call back so i called again spoke with a different person and again was told they would talk with the dispatch and call me back. No call back so i called before closing (4:45 pm) and explained I was just trying to get an appointment for a plumber, this lady again took all my info and promised a call back first thing in the morning with a time. Well its now 1pm and yet again the horrible customer service continues ....... I called Robison they are on the way. I would never ever use nor recommend this ridiculous company. Buying local is important, but you must at least try to be a decent company to get the local business, and this company is not.

The plumber was quick and clearly an expert. Spent 20 minutes as I had the correct supplies. BTW Home Depot plumber helped get the correct plumbing parts Lowes sold me the WRONG parts. Since I paid for the hour, Silverdale plumber then assisted at explaining my old hot water heater should be replaced soon and listed the correct parts I would need to get it to code. Sure enough the Hot water heater died a week later. I should have listened to him at the time. I would use again in the future.

I was driving home on 3 on Friday when the driver of the utility van cut me off with no turn signal, then proceeded to go ten under in the passing lane. He drove aggressively so I couldnt pass him, then when there was a break in traffic, he proceeded to drive on top of the white lines so he was in both lanes. When I finally got by, he flipped me off. If youre going to drive a van with a companys name and logo all over it, you might want to reconsider your hand gestures. Jerk.

I called Silverdale Plumbing & Heating this morning and talked to Laura and cant believe how poorly she treated me on this phone. I definitely wont be using Silverdale Plumbing & Heating!
