I recently contracted with Jet Industries Inc. to install an electronic air filter on our HVAC system. I contacted Jet because they were an “A” rated company and they had installed all the utilities in our new home in 2005. Their “A” rating seems inadequate to describe the outstanding service we received. Everyone who came to our home arrived on schedule, neat in appearance, respectful and courteous to us, our home and each other. They arrived well equipped to perform their task in a workman like, efficient manner, exhibiting the highest standards of professionalism expected from senior journeyman master craftsmen. When the technicians identified problems with the original installation, senior management authorized them to stand behind the work of seven years ago. For me, my Jet experience places them alongside greats like Nordstrom’s.

Jet is contracted by CMI property management group for HVAC at the McCormick Pier condos. Although they cannot fix anything until they have approval, the workman and dispatcher, Stacia, purposefully misled me into thinking they had fixed my heater after taking 6 days to show up. Theyre just so busy. The workman did not tell me the system needed further approval to actually get fixed when he left. He was contractually required to mislead me into thinking I had heat. These two companies conspire at the consumers expense. Dont patronize either! Rather than fix the heat they are spending the week deciding who should pay for it; then theyll send Jet back out. Meanwhile, frozen in Portland....

We have internet through them. Oh my goodness how awful. If you wish to constantly be on the phone with them and be told that it is your fault that their internet keeps going out than this is the place for you! Nothing is ever their fault along with them leaving huge holes, ditches and exposed wires throughout the place that I live and stating that they are doing upgrades to improve their service so that there was no longer disconnection issues. Didnt work by the way! They made a huge muddy mess and nothing was resolved. I pay over $40 dollars a month for services that over half the time doesnt work (but its my fault)! Stay far away!

When my furnace stopped working, I called them for repairs. Repair guy was nice enough, but once he determined that the problem was with the chimney (not the furnace itself), he told me that it would cost $500 to rent a lift truck just to get somebody up to my chimney to take a look, and then whatever cost on top of that for whatever repairs actually needed to be done. I told him not a chance, and instead I called Gagles, they sent somebody up that climbed up on the roof with an 8-foot step ladder with no problem, and fixed the issue quickly and easily. Definitely recommend Gagles (and definitely NOT Jet!)

Jet was wonderful. I was very impressed with their service and with the technician who came to our house. Our air conditioner broke over the weekend. We are just a dew days away from a forecasted heat wave. I was really concerned about getting it fixed before that. I called at 7:30 Monday morning. A technican was here at 9:15 and my AC was fixed by 9:30. It was a very professional and friendly experience. Thank you, Jet!

These guys are a huge waste of time. I flew in from Nevada for a "sure" hire from what they said only to be told that they were going to hire from with-in company. If they handle their business contracts anything like their hiring/employment processes they are both fraudulent and flakey. There has to be better choices in Salem. And i thought the people of Las Vegas were bad!!

Jet absolutely saved us recently! Our ac went out over a really hot weekend and I called Monday morning, they showed up shortly after that and were extremely helpful. Got our ac fixed and we were eating dinner in our nicely cooled house by that night :) super great guys that are really nice there! Great hvac service dept, thank you!!!

Andy Nash lead service Tech came to my storage facility and diagnosed the issue with the AC Unit quickly and changed out the parts required to fix the unit. he also diagnosed a noisy electrical relay as well. Other techs were not nearly as knowledgeable regarding the outside units vs the indoor AC units. Thanks again Andy!!!

Terrible!!! This company is so unprofessional. I would stay away from them if you can there are PLENTY of other companies out there that will appreciate your business. Employees at this company have bad attitudes and dont understand the concept of customer service. Very dishonest and take advantage of people.
