Heres my experience: made an appointment with me on a Friday for Wednesday next week, called me early to confirm the appointment and make sure that coming at 3 pm is okay. Knowing that this will totally blow my day off, I agree to the time, then they call me at 3 pm to tell me that they can not make it. My whole day is shot waiting for this company to help. I agree to the new appointment on Monday the 27th because I feel I dont have much of a choice because I am a renter. Angry and disappointed doesnt describe how Im feeling right now. Meanwhile, the lake under the house is growing and my city water bill is not affordable or pleasant to look at right now. I would not recommend to friends or family unless they have unlimited resources to blow on wasted water. Would not recommend to anyone not the first time Ive gotten crappy service from them.

Buckmaster Pro was very professional from the start. Scott gave me a list of options to choose from which was very clear and ge quickly answered all my questions, even while away at a trade show. The installers were exceptional and even the electrical sub was fantastic. No surprises and no pressure to upgrade. I also like that they deal with American Standard which Consumer Reports rates very high. Highy reccomend them.

I highly recommend Buckmaster Pro Plumbing. Scott, the dispatcher, is prompt and sends a plumbers ASAP. Cory, the plumber that was dispatched to me is not only a highly competent plumber, he appearance speaks for his work ethic. You can trust the people who work for this business.

Wow! What great service. I had a problem that turned out to be a small one, but with another company I was going to have to wait TWO WEEKS! Buckmaster squeezed me in their schedule in less than 24 hours. Ill be calling them again!
