This company which is now Mr. Rooter has poor business values. I feel the work was fine and hopefully didnt cut any corners, but they will charge as much as they think you will pay no matter what the case. The owner said to "open up your pockets" to use our service. We had to confront them about an overcharge and only then did they take a minuscule amount off the bill. Again, they wanted to see what they could get away with. The service tech would be at our location fixing a problem and then have to leave to fix someone elses problem and then come back multiple times....... Well that adds up when they are charging you per trip/per hour...... And when they have to come back so many times to fix the same problem, it ends up taking twice (if not 3 times) the amount of time then if they were to just come and fix the problem one time. The service tech was a nice young man and I know it didnt have anything to do with him, but the ownership has something totally different than customer service on his mind. And that is $$$$$$$!!!! All this to say I would never again use this company unless it was an emergency and I had no other option.

Eh...could be better. Could not communicate with the plumber via email, which in this day and age is very inconvenient. Fair pricing? Well.....I would say they are over priced, however, being available on the weekends including Sundays, I will let that slide. I did appreciate the minor discount for the miscommunication on the call agent and plumber not getting the scheduled time right by about 2 hours. The plumber was nice and quick which again makes me wonder what labor we are actually paying for....the drive out, haul away, the install and what? It only took about 45 minutes for the whole thing. This is what cost about $500 in labor? Really? Its only been a few days but so far we are happy. Hoping not to have to purchase another water heater for 20 years down the road. I would recommend them in a pinch, but if its not an emergency, do some research first.

The plumber from Salem showed up without necessary equipment; no moisture detector, not even a flashlight. He did however bring his little daughter. He was actually using his phone to look in the walls until I got him a flashlight. He cut holes in the walls and said he could just keep cutting more holes until he found the source. Had he brought a moisture detector we would have found the source right away. I found the source myself in the opposite room and wall from where he was cutting. He then charged us over $300 for making a horrible mess and doing absolutely nothing for us. The service charge of $69 would have been fine for his time, the rest is ridiculous. If you are thinking of using this company I suggest you keep looking, because I certainly will be.

I had a very good experience with Charles. I just bought this house it was built in 1940. He explained to me that with old pipes the rust & gunk build up makes the hole smaller so less water can go down. I watched him power wash through 2 different hole & seen the rust & gunk come back up. The reason for my call today is the washer drain water was coming back up in the kitchen sink & not draining back out very fast. No problem now with the washer draining . We had a sewer line repair and I was so impressed with both Erin B and Charles that I had already recommended them to a neighbor before my replacement was even finished! They shoed up bright and early and worked straight on through the day. I didnt even see them stop for lunch! They took good care of my lawn, were more than accommodating to the neighborhood kids who were interested in their project and went beyond what I had expected of them. I highly recommend them and Mr. Rooter!

MrRooter answered my call and came out on a Sunday! He quickly determined that I had a problem with my City of Salem water meter and that it required the city to replace. He considered it a courtesy call and didnt charge me! How many plumbers do that! Not many! Mr. Rooter is who you want for any kind of plumbing problem! PS. The City of Salem came out within a few hours and replaced the water meter with a new digital meter! Great experience with a plumber, for a change!

Awesome experience. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Erin, our installer arrived promptly when scheduled. He had a wonderful attitude when repairing our basement ejector pump, which is like the worst job ever. Came prepared to replace the pump entirely, but told us the pump was in good shape and was excellent quality. He was able to adjust/repair just the float mechanism which saved us several hundreds of dollars. Left the area super clean. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

Got a call back from the online scheduler within 20 minutes, and a drain tech was at my house within the hour. Once the issue was determined we were presented with the possible costs to approved right upfront. The service was friendly and professional, and once completed the bill was exactly as quoted. Definitely the most pain free plumbing experience to be had, and the water is flowing again.

I contacted Mr. Rooter for a tree root removal and repair of the sewer line, they responded very quickly with a technician coming out to estimate the job. Josh H. and Sean B. were the technicians who came and did the repair, they were both very friendly, courteous and professional, not to mention fast as well. They did a great job and I would recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs.

Used them for an emergency plumbing repair. They traveled from Newberg to my house in McMinnville, but assured me that there would be no additional costs, and no overtime fees. They arrived and fixed my toilet quickly and professionally. Hopefully -fingers crossed- I will not have to call a plumber anytime soon, but they will be who I call if I do. I recommend them highly

Dominic was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was up front and honest about all the work he did and he showed me exactly what had to be replaced. If I ever have any plumbing issues of any kind I will be calling Dominic to do the work. I thought I had lined up someone else to do the work. But that never happened. When I called Mr. Rooter, they came out the next day. They did a great job. When the team found out that we trying to get into our house asap, they even came out on there day off and worked for 5 hours. I have been very pleased with the service.

Daniel was great. We had clogged drains caused by the tenant putting grease and food down them. He cleared the drains and told the tenants how important it was to put grease in another container and not down the drain. He came out twice and each time kept us apprised of what he was doing and the cost.
