We are very pleased with our experience with Advanced Mechanical. The technician, Robert, identified the problem with our heat pump promptly. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. Better yet, the company initiated a search for potential coverage under a warranty. As we are new owners of the house, we had no information on this possibility. Thank you so much Deborah! She filed the warranty paperwork and saved up a bundle. I would definitely recommend this company.

Worst customer service ever! The technician came in, was at our home for 5 minutes, couldnt fix the issue, went out to his truck and spent 29 minutes on the phone. We get a bill for his (non) labor and for a part he didnt replace. Will never use or recommend them.

The new unit is quiet and is easy to operate and every room is comfortable. Lennox has packages for every pocket book and as a retired couple that was important. I dont want to forget the installers they were "Great".
