I contacted Shaun regarding a kitchen project. He was prompt and helpful in our email correspondences which allowed for efficient and accurate communications. I like that he gave me options for my situation and also explained the cost and considerations for each. The final cost was below his low estimate and also significantly below a competitors. I only have positive comments about Up A Creek plumbing and expect to consult Shaun for future work.

They agreed to come to our house on very short notice, in the evening after their work day was done. We expected to have to pay a lot because they came after hours, however their price was extremely fair. We plan to use them again every time we need plumbing assistance and we urge everyone else to call them first! Highly recommended.

Shaun offered to charge hundreds of dollars for work that I ended up doing successfully by myself in about 30 minutes using $2.75 worth of parts. His quote was for a job during the work week in the city, not an after-hours call to a remote area, and I am definitely not a plumber.
