Within hours of calling us back, Stan, from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing arrived at our house in Cobb to help us with our plumbing problems.My first impression was that this was a professional outfit in every way. Stan was courteous, careful of our house (our gravel driveway was wet from the rain) and obviously an experienced plumber. Stan had to go back and forth to his truck to get parts and tools. His shoe covers came on and off every time. We had three problems: a faucet that had mysteriously stopped running, a single handle shower fixture that dripped constantly (a bucket full in a few hours) and a shower head that had broken off at the threads from the tugging for support of an elderly relative. Stan did a great job. Our plumbing is over thirty years old yet Stan was able to fix all three items quickly by using a few small parts rather than doing a wholesale replacement of components. He had the parts and tools that were needed. We were able to return $95 dollars worth of materials to the hardware store that Stan did not use. He did not take a simple job and turn it into a big deal. This kind of common sense thinking helps save money. You can trust Stan of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because you only pay for work that really needs to be done.

I was notified by my water company that I had a "possible leak" so I called and found out my water bill was over $500.00 and increasing by the day. Fortunately I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and They came out within the hour. Stan immediately began digging and found the leak and fixed the problem quickly. Stan is super nice, efficient and knows exactly what he is doing. If Stan had not come out the same day and fixed the leak, my bill would have been in the thousands. (The water company has indicated that I have to pay every penny back...but that is another story.) THANKS AGAIN TO STAN and his company Ben Franklin Plumbing company for saving my day and making sure that I did not owe even more money to Mt. Konocti water company. Hope no one ever has a plumbing problem but if you do I definitely would call STAN....THE MAN!!!

I had a shower leak, inside my wall. It was spraying out a large amount of water. After I shut off the water, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing; the phone was promptly answered. A service technician arranged to come by my house in the early afternoon. Stan K did the repairs. It was a major amount of work. He had to remove an old, leaking tee and replace it. The work area was small and cramped, but he managed to get the job done. I now have an entirely new shower which works great and there are no leaks. The cost was reasonable. I strongly recommend using this company.

Stan arrived at almost exactly the time he said he would. He was neatly dressed, put clean cloth covers over his shoe soles so as not to dirty our carpets and was very courteous, He replaced two valve assemblies in our shower including new seats and explained what he was doing as he went along. He accomplished this job in a very short time. AWESOME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE BY STAN !!!! Previously fixed bathtub valve which involved cutting into wall --- he took something that looked terrible and did not function and turned it into an attractive upgrade that works well at a reasonable cost Also replaced shut off valve and installed pressure regulator for water system. Again - the job done timely and professionally for a reasonable cost. Will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs !!! Could not be happier with the service or trust them more.
