I was very impressed with the level of service I received in hiring West Side Drain to clear out a clogged rain drain on my property. I got an appointment within the same week I called and the person I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable over the phone. When they came out, the problem was identified very quickly and resolved on the first visit. I was careful informed about pricing and at the end of the visit he went over where all my gutter drains connect for future reference. I was very happy with the price and all the work done. I would absolutely recommend this business and would certainly hire them again for any future needs!

I just had them re-plumb quite a bit of underground piping that was old, cracked masonry. They replaced it fast (same day) and did a great job. Very easy to work with, and quality work. They videoed the lines (even the ones they didnt work on) and cleaned out all the silt, and showed me the results.
