Steer clear of this company. At first I was so impressed by this plumbing company. I am out of town and my faucet breaks. In one hour, the service person diagnosed the leak under my kitchen sink as a broken faucet, checked my washer and replaced a faucet in my bathroom. The best $129. I ever spent...or so I thought. Upon returning to town I schedule them to return and replace the "broken" faucet in the kitchen. They did not send the same gentleman out. That was my first mistake. I literally found him wondering around my front hall lost - twice. He informed me he could not install the faucet because the countertop was too thick...when I suggested he drill the hole deeper...it was a revelation...but, he wasnt sure he could do it. This really should have been when I pulled the plug on this fiasco, but I was still convinced these incompetent idiots were "good plumbers". I was beginning to wonder if this guy was a real plumber. I was later to learn he wasnt a trained service plumber...just somebody from the office whom they sent out. Next, I asked him to take a look at a drippy faucet in the bath tub. I came in about twenty minutes later to find he had disassembled the entire faucet, knobs, and shower head....and that he did not have the "parts" to put it back together. After four hours, he left leaving my house in shambles. That is when I called the service manager and was informed he wasnt a service plumber...surprise surprise. I informed the manager I was not going to pay for 4 hours labor just because they sent someone out who did not know what he was doing. He said my bill would be adjusted. The next day they sent someone out to put my house back together. It took them 1.5 hours...all over a drippy faucet. I received a bill in the mail for $495.00....to replace a faucet and look at a drippy faucet. I was outraged. But, the story gets even better. After I calmed down, I sent them a check In Sept 2015. I never noticed...but the check was never cashed. This month August 2016, the turned me over to a collection agency. NEVER use this company...you can fix it better yourself. Oh, I almost forgot...the kitchen faucet was not the source of the leak and I had to call another plumber to fix a month later it at a cost of $250.00....

We had a very difficult and messy (and toxic) shower drain clog--called Kevin Cohen Plumbing first thing in the morning and they set us up for a noon appointment. Wade arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. The liquid drain cleaner we had tried using had not only failed to work but had backed up the drain further with a poisonous liquid and was giving off noxious sulphuric acid fumes. It had also eaten away most of the metal in the drain screen! Wade was patient and persistent, tried several things unsuccessfully (snaking and other big machinery) before finally figuring out how to solve and resolve the situation (coming at the clog from the other side which involved cutting and then replacing a section of pipe under the sink). He answered all our questions, gave sage advice, was totally professional and competent. We are happy to know that Kevin Cohen is there should we ever need a plumber again. Wade was wonderful! Great reliable local service. Five stars. Thanks!

We were informed by EWEB that we had a leak in our main line water system. After investigating the situation, we contacted Service Masters, who in turn referred us to Kevin Cohen Plumbing. We called and left a message on his after hour’s line; then "E" Mailed him via the address provided by Service Masters. Within 10 minutes, we received a call from Jay, who then set up the appointment to have our main line repaired. The technician arrived approximately 30 minutes later and repaired the leak. He was very pleasant and professional. Kevin Cohen Plumbing is fantastic, reliable, and honorable. They charged us for only the task - no overtime, no emergency call, etc. I would definitely contact Kevin Cohen again in the event we need plumbing services. We are extremely happy with his service.

Outstanding customer service. I havent had hot water since I purchased my house so I am EXCITED! They installed my new, tankless (gas) hot water heater (re-routed all pipes from old). They did a very professional job & put the heater inside a box, to protect from the elements (which is not something the competition had quoted). Very happy with their work, absolutely recommend them. Jay will take good care of you! Also, when it turned out the problem was with the previous owners bad plumbing skills that made me not get hot water, Jay sent someone back out to take care of my faucets. Love these guys.

Thank you Kevin Cohen Plumbing for taking care of the emergency so quickly! If you are looking for a company that will get things done quickly and professionally, there is no need to look elsewhere. I called 2 other companies and they said they would call me back. By the time one of them returned a call, Jason of Kevin Cohen Plumbing (and very knowledgeable) had already taken care of the leaky PVC Bushing. In addition, Jason attached a turn off valve that was more direct for our system. They are the BEST!

Mike the drain expert saved the day! Answered at 2am, gave solid advice but we needed landlord permission. After getting that he came and didnt stop until the job was done! Huge main line clog 16 ft down towards the sewer line, took 3 hours and big gun equipment and was so well priced. $500 for all his hard work! We are so incredibly grateful and although I hope never to have to call a plumber again, if I do I will be calling these guys!!!

they have been over to my house a few times, first to see the house and how easy it would be to hook up a gas line for the stove, 125 just to look, installing faucet and garbage disposal 190, then the big whopper installing the gas line for the stove which was literally 2 feet away, 898.32. so they do decent work, but be advised as to the value.

Kevin Cohen Plumbing just installed (3) toilets, a kitchen faucet and replaced a leaky shower cartridge on a Saturday. Dustin showed up on time, was very friendly and knowledgable and he worked fast to complete the big job, well within the estimated time. Were very happy with their great work and will definitely call them again in the future!

I have used KC plumbing several times and have been satisfied. This last time I was advised that the pay structure changed. Before I knew it I was looking at a $300 bill BEFORE any work had even started. What I mean is that I would have to pay 3 bills and that didnt include actually fixing the problem. Will not use again

Once again the staff at Kevin Cohen Plumbing has exceeded expectations. From the office staff, to the field staff to the communications they are tops. More expensive, sure, but more responsive and communicative. I recommend them for any plumbing work.

4 faucets replaced, did not check them all, assumed good. When I checked much later and it was not working properly the 3 month warranty period had passed and they would NOT come back and fix the issue unless I paid for a new service call.
