Honesty as its BEST!! I write very few reviews, but I was so impressed by Legacys honesty, I had to do something. I do a lot of my own minor repairs so I have some experience with how things work around the house. Well, my kitchen faucet started leaking from the base and water was dripping down into the cabinet below. I had done other repairs on this fixture and thought it might be time to just replace the whole thing so I bought a new fiixture and had it waiting when Legacy showed up just in case the repair was going to be close to the cost of just replacing the whole thing (Legacy told me if my faucet was not custom and they didnt run into other issues with the faucet or lines, I might be looking at $175 to install it plus the trip fee of $50.) Doug came out and I explained what was happening. I also let him know that I know do all my own minor repairs but that this one might be over my head, I sorta said this in hopes that he wouldnt try to tell me I had some serious problem and charge me a bunch of money. He walked in and pulled out my sprayer. As soon as he did that, a light came on in my head and I knew what was wrong. The sprayer had come loose and all it needed was a good tightening. Needless to say I felt STUPID. I guess I was under more stress over my my mom being in the hospital all week than I knew and just didnt catch such a simple repair. I gladly paid him the trip charge! What impressed me so much is that I told him I fixed things!! I had already admitted I needed help and couldnt do it myself so I was the perfect customer to take advantage of. He could have walked out with at least $225 to take back to his boss, but instead he walked back with $50. I called the owner of the company, Theran, and told him how Doug handled my service call and how impressed I was. He thanked me and said it had been a rough day and it was encouraging to hear good news and that he tries to always be honest with customers believing if he does the right thing and is honest, business and money will take care of itself. PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO CALL LEGACY PLUMBING!!! Their motto on their business cards, is "Service with Integrity", and I experienced it first hand! One more thing: While Doug was here he took a look at an outside faucet that they purchased and installed for me on a previous call. It had started dripping and was hanging crooked on the brick wall. Because they were aware of issues with that particular model, he replaced it and straightened it up while he was here and allowed that to be part of my service call. Service with Integrity!

I had noticed vibration noises in my water pipes. I had researched the Internet and did some things myself including total water shutoff and draining/refilling of pipes, draining/refilling the water heater, installing anti-water hammer devices on my clothes washer, etc. I finally bought a water pressure gauge and checked my home water pressure. It was 122 psi! My pressure reducing valve (PRV) was frozen up and I couldnt adjust it myself, so I decided to call around to get quotes on a fix/replacement of my PRV and possibly a new water heater. After getting quotes from a couple of major plumbing companies and getting angry at their outrageous quotes after paying their "trip fees", I decided to call Legacy Plumbing based on reviews I saw online. From the initial conversation with Michelle, the actual visit and work done by Daniel, and the reasonable pricing I couldnt be more pleased. Michelle was very upfront with possible options and costs over the phone, and answered all of the questions I had. Daniel showed up the first day as scheduled and was extremely attentive to my explanation as to what I felt was the issue. Daniel then expertly assessed and explained my options and costs for the PRV repair, main water shutoff valve and water heater replacement. After I agreed to the course of action, he and Evert quickly performed the initial repair. I was amazed at the attention to detail, job site cleanliness and cleanup when complete. Throughout, Daniel informed me what was happening and made sure I was satisfied. Since I decided to have them replace the water heater also (scheduled for two days later), Daniel told me there would be no charge until all the work was complete. Daniel and Evert arrived the next scheduled day on time as before, and again the attention to detail, job site cleanliness and cleanup was awesome. Once again, Daniel kept me informed throughout and made sure I was 100% satisfied. No more vibration noises, Im saving water, plenty of hot water with leak protection, and Legacy Plumbing donates a portion of your payment to providing clean water to children in third world countries to boot! Over the last year we have spent over $30,000 on home remodeling projects with multiple subcontractors, and I am very happy to say that Legacy Plumbing was the easiest and most skilled company to work with I have experienced as a homeowner. I will absolutely use Legacy Plumbing in the future and recommend them to anyone in the area that needs plumbing work (make sure you ask for Daniel).

I cannot tell you what a relief it was to work with Sean Reece and the rest of the team at Legacy Plumbing. A roofer put a nail through our main gas line at the house we just bought. I used my home warranty to get a plumber out to look at the leak. That company, whom shall not be named, tried to convince me that since the gas line was no longer the latest in code, not only would they have to replace the main line, but ALL the lines in the house. This would cost thousands of dollars and wouldnt include all the costs for fixing the drywall and painting for all the holes they would need to create to change out the lines. Yeah, lets just say I needed more than one opinion for that option. Needless to say, Legacy came out and I explained the whole story and they got to work to see what it would take from their perspective. To make this long story short, it was a $400 fix and was done in a few hours. Also, Sean helped give me good information about other things in the house that didnt necessarily need fixing, but good things to know and answered my questions I had about the new home. All of this built trust and that is worth more than trying to stick me one time for a lot of money. Basic rule of business, do good work and you get more work and people talk about you....and write good reviews for others to see. Again, I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing. The other company, that shall not be named, they are also about to get a review. Just dont think it will have as many shiny stars.

We just bought our first home and had quite an extensive list of plumbing repairs on our general inspection report. Called a few local plumbers that either refused to quote based on the report, or charged an exorbitant fee just to even look at it. Finally reached Legacy Plumbing. Kris handled my call, I emailed her the inspection report and 24 hours later received an itemized quote for every plumbing related item on the inspection. At this point Im already a happy customer. Then arrive the two plumbers, Wayne and Schuyler to complete this 5-star experience. They walked me through every item on their work order, some were quick fixes that they knocked out right then and there and removed from the invoice. Other items were more intensive, at which point they offered me the options available to resolve in the most cost effective and satisfactory manner. In some instances they even advise me against proceeding with work that just wasnt needed or could be solved myself. In the end, my final invoice was substantially less than was originally estimated. Ive had them out here a couple of times now, and each time theyve raised the bar in quality of service. Honest, courteous and professional. These two guys, Wayne and Schuyler, are the definition of "going the extra mile". If you are looking for any plumbing work and are fortunate enough to be in their service area, stop your search now and call Legacy Plumbing.
