They were contacted through my house warranty company. I had two problems I wanted them to address. After looking over the situation, the plumber said one of the problems was not covered by the warranty. That was understandable because the issue should have been detected by our home inspector. He said the second issue could be fixed but wanted to talk to his boss and give us an answer. He never returned, never called back and never did a follow-up. Now that Im looking to do some major plumbing work, I WILL NOT be calling these people. VERY unprofessional.

Worst plumbing company in the area, I called for a leak (drip) and told them no hurry not an emergency 5 days later they fixed it and then charged me an hour to fix the leap (no problem there) and then tacked on another hour drive ttime that doubled my bill, they came the truck came from 5 minutes away and left for the office which is 15 minutes away, not happy and the manager was really rude when I asked if they had a 2 hour minumum, I was told on the phone the hourly rate but no driving time was mentioned

I had a gas leak from an outside gas line. I called JP Plumbing and spoke with the service department. Because it was after 10 am I made a service date for tomorrow at 10 am. J P called me back around noon and was able to come and make a repair. I rate this company a 5 star rating. The service man was courteous and very knowledgeable. I give him a 5 star rating as well.

Ive never had anyone turn down business before. The person I talked to on the phone insisted on diagnosing my problem over the phone, insisted that what I was describing was not possible and that he was too busy to send someone out to fix my problem. Theyll be the last plumber Ill ever call in the future.
