WARNING!!! Gunderson plumbing is an incredibly rude and dishonest company. We called with an emergency plumbing issue and were told the plumber would arrive in about an hour. The plumber never called or showed up. The receptionist was argumentative and blatantly lied about the plumber contacting us. It turned out that the plumber had no interest in fixing the leaking dishwasher, as we never did hear from him. The receptionist was only interested in shaming and blaming us for the plumbers absence. The receptionist wanted to argue about the outcome but not help solve the problem. When I informed the receptionist that I was interested in filing complaints about the company she became verbally abusive so I hung up on her. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY if you want any customer service or repair!!!!

Unprofessional and failed to show up or call after making us wait 4 hours for a service call. Left us with no toilet and said he didnt want the job on a 3rd floor after we called back when they failed to show. Was told in advance we were on the 3rd floor. Left us 2 hours before weekend emergency service to find another plumber. Suggested we call Radar Plumbing which we did and that was their only redeeming quality. At least they know who to call for a good plumber.

This plumber picks and choose the jobs he wants to do with no regards to the client needs and urgencies or needs. It is actually a liability to depend on this Plumber for any plumbing needs. Major leak under house and he came and said he wont work under the house and get dirty!!!! Call another Plumber.

Very unprofessional and rude. stay away
