We HIGHLY recommend Plumbing Masters. Earlier this year, we had an excellent experience with Plumbing Masters ...then followed by a bad experience SOLELY because of one of their on-the-job employees. But I say to everyone, one employee is not necessarily indicative of a quality company (...and we all know, at least, one employee at our job that is not so great). I told Plumbing Masters about our negative experience with the employee. In that case, Plumbing Masters made it right with us – went above & beyond to make it right. To that, I say "Bravo Plumbing Masters for being an honorable company. Bravo for making it right with us". And while the negative experience with that ONE employee did leave us apprehensive… I still knew in my heart that ONE employee does not define a quality company. So on October 12, 2016, we decided to give Plumbing Masters another try… KUDOS PLUMBING MASTERS !! Their technician, Robin, came out. He was a quite nice, pleasant, comprehensive, knowledgeable Plumbing Masters employee… And with little difficulty, he found & fixed our problem !! THANK YOU Robin AND Plumbing Masters ! We couldnt be happier with both of you !! (And again please keep in mind, ONE bad employee does NOT define a company.) We DO have faith & trust in Plumbing Masters. They are an honorable, trustworthy company!

So, I picked up a job with Plumbing Masters in Glendale. I worked my but off, doing 21 hours in two days. The 3rd day, I go in and report two major OSHA safety violations to the Operations manager Richard. I wanted to inform him of things happening in the field that he may not be aware of, so he can decide how to fix them and reduce company liability. Sadly, it turns out he is the one who wants things to be as unsafe as they are. I know this because he fired me an hour later stating "I didnt hire you to point out our mistakes, my job is hectic enough". Their core values start with "safety" and they should be ripped from their walls. Dont use Plumbing Masters if you care about the safety of a human being over profit margins. They train their plumbers to remove the safety guard from their angle grinders to cut cast iron pipes instead of supplying them with the proper cutting tool (right tool for the right job). Also, they wanted me to learn how to operate an excavator (heavy equipment) without any training or certification, on a customers property, even though I pay for anything I damage. I refused and they made another untrained guy do it. "Great way to learn" said Bill, the supervisor, as he walked away from the site, leaving 3 untrained men with heavy equipment.

The guy knew what he was doing and did the job, that is why I am giving them two stars, but he ended up charging me over a $150 more even if that was right, the price changed when I told him I was only doing one job not two, because we were planning on doing a couple of more things but because of their overpriced quote, we changed our minds. He wanted to charge me over 400 to change my kitchen faucet( faucet included he said) 467 to be exact, and when I said what if we buy the faucet ourselves, he told me it was going to be the same thing pretty much. Then he remembered to tell us that we might encounter a problem that could cost us more money, for a $120 job we paid over 300. I called three different companies for my kitchen faucet replacement and they were all 200 or less to change it. So definitely overpriced. Also he was pushy even after I said no thank you, he kept telling us we need it to fix it and he could do it right there and then, maybe they worked on commission. Overall I would not use this company again or recommend it.

I have now used the services of Plumbing Masters three times in one week at 3 different properties. The consistency and caliber of technicians sent has been A+ every single time. They were on time, fast, quick to diagnose, and recommend a repair that was performed extremely well at a fair price. After my first experience with a difficult exterior faucet, I didnt think twice to call them the next day for an issue at a rental unit with the shower. When a few days later leaks developed behind my own kitchen sink, I had their number in my phone, called and within 3 hours had a remedy. Highly recommend them and their staff is professional and courteous. They are focused on quality of skills but also customer service.

Mark Booher is a highly qualified and professional plumber. Mark has a great sense of humor and is extremely knowledgeable. Mark installed new shut-off valves in our kitchen and two bathrooms and disconnected all plumbing so our new granite countertops could be installed,. After the installation, Mark re-connected all of the plumbing, thoroughly tested all connections and left our place spotless. Mark and Plumbing Masters are highly recommended with 5 stars. We have also used Plumbing Masters and Mark in the past and have been extremely happy with this company.

I was in need of a plumber to replace a kitchen faucet and I called Plumbing Masters and they were able to dispatch someone quickly. They called about 30 minutes before the plumber was scheduled to arrive and sent me an email of the person who would be coming to the house with his picture. Robin was very professional, personal and efficient. He had to go get a faucet for me because the existing one could not be repaired. He chose one that fit in nicely with my kitchen. Im very please so far with my experience with Plumbing Masters.

Dave was awesome. I called Plumbing Master about a problem in my kitchen sink and they had a plumber at my door within a few hours. Very polite on the phone. They send me a email with the plumbers photo and and a bit about him. His name was Dave and he was awesome! He was very polite and helpful. He explained what he was doing the the price before he did anything. Then when he was done he explained all that he did and cleaned up. My kitchen looked liked a plumber was never there. I will definitely call them again it needed.

We have been using Plumbing Masters for about 5 years now, and their visit today just reaffirms why! They are fantastic! I was able to call and get same day service, and my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We had our water softener fail and resin beads were throughout the house, including the hot water tank. They were very thorough, and worked to get our system flushed and back in order. Thank you Mark and Greg ! You were great!

$49.95 for a service call and then they determine what can be done to fix the slow drain. $179.95 to snake the system with no guarantee it will fix the problem. Then the offer is to "jet" the system for $489.00. They did not say that would fix the problem either. This is a typical "upsell" or "bait and switch" operation. I went to a local plumbing supply and they recommended a "non-acid" drain cleaner because I have and older home with some galvanized pipe. Used it once and the drain works great.

These guys came out and did an amazing job. I was in desperate need to get our plumbing fixed in our new home and Plumbing Masters came to the rescue. They gave me a very fair quote and I decided to go with them. After a day and a half of digging, they ran into some more serious problems and the job actually took a day longer than anticipated. They completed the job and did not charge me a dime more. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again if needed.
