Taft plumbing has done work for me, both at my home and at work. Both times Travis arrived quickly (including fixing a sink issue first thing in the morning during the AM rush!) and was friendly and professional. When Ive needed to purchase items from their retail store Anna or Clayton helped me find what best suited my needs, and when they didnt have the faucet I was looking for in stock, they ordered it for me. Wonderful small town, community supporting business.

These guys have helped me get out of my personal plumbing binds many times at my nearby beach house. They are honest, helpful and not always cheap but I have zero issue paying a little more for quality service and solid outcomes. They warranty their work as well, although Ive yet to have any issues with the work theyve done for me.

I had an emergency water leak. Called and had a plumber within a couple hours. Turned out to be my water heater. The lady on the phone was kind and helpful. The plumber was great, clean and efficient. Answered all my questions without any issues. Complete job was very reasonable in cost. I would recommend Taft ever time.

They were supposed to come to my condo at the breakers to install 2 toilets. They did not call to tell me when they would show till noon. The plumber said he had a few more jobs to do. We agreed he would call me in 2hours. That was the last i heard. SMH.
