Called to adress a leaking water heater. Jim arrived the next morning with a great attitude and commitment to resolution of our issue. Replacement of the heater was the resolution and Jim got about it, even with a broken wrist. The job got done in a timely and professionally, at a reasonable cost. Two thumbs up! Jim is coming back tomorrow to address another issue. I am grateful to have Jim to help us move thru the challenges of owning an older home.
