Our experience was wonderful. Our service technician was Rudy and his assistant was Emanuel. They arrived so promptly and were able to locate and solve the problem immediately. They were professional, courteous and most helpful. Also, the price for their services was extremely reasonable. We will have Boden on our speed dial for any future plumbing needs. 3/25/15 We just had Boden install a new gas water heater on the second story of our townhouse. Our technician was Andy Moody. The service was stellar. All of our furniture and carpeting was carefully protected. Andy was patient, courteous and efficient. Cant thank them enough for the piece of mind that was purchased today, as our existing water heater was 18 years old.

I called Boden Plumbing at 9:00 am on a Monday morning concerning an old leaking hot water heater which would need to be replaced ASAP. I spoke with Casey Boden about the problem fully expecting that I would have to wait a day or two to get the work scheduled. Casey said that they had the hot water heater type I would need and could be at my house before 11:00 am that day. Daniel, the plumber, was here within an hour and was finished with the job before 3 pm. He was courteous, very professional and took care to protect our wood floors from any possible damage during the work. Fast and quality service! Had a problem with our garbage disposer, called Boden Plumbing after hours and left a message thinking they would get back to us the next morning. Casey, from Boden, calls us back about 1/2 an our later and walks me through a quick fix. It was just jammed and he told me how to fix it over the phone. No charge. I cant imagine that happening these days but it did at Boden. Its Boden for all my plumbing need from now on!!!

Ive used Boden Plumbing for years and continue to do so. They are always quick to respond to my calls, such as when we lost our water heater because of the earth quack last month, then they deliver efficient and quality service. Today I used their service to up grade a couple of issues and again I am impressed. The service people deliver quality service with a smile and any needed explanation is patiently given.

This time Andy arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window, was very friendly, gave excellent advice and very professional service installing a new kitchen faucet. To all those cat lovers never flush clumping kitty litter down your toilet you will most likely cause your own problems as I did. I flushed myself into having to buy a new toilet as that kitty litter clumps in the box it will do the same in your toilet I would recommend this company to others

unbelievably unhelpful one of their guys came and charged us 200 dollars to get the diagnostic wrong and told us he was going to have to cut our floor up when all I had to do was take 2 screws out of my dish washer and my leak was right there I wouldnt trust them with my worst enemys house.
