Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

Hes the kind of guy that comes out and loans you a kitchen faucet on THANKSGIVING DAY because yours went bad and you have the turkey in the oven. Hes the kind of guy who crawls around under your house because you hear a strange banging in your walls, and then he figures out its a woodpecker on your chimney--and he doesnt charge you. This guy is the best. Wouldnt use ANYONE else.

Once I had some work done by Craig Anderson, I dont use anyone else. Theyre good about scheduling, efficient in their work, and honest in their billing. When one of their plumbers had to go into the crawl space, he assessed accurately, taking all the tools and supplies hed need so he wouldnt have to crawl in and out multiple times.
