We initially discovered them by sheer accidental luck but have used All Hours Plumbing for several years for drain clog fixes and minor plumbing repairs because they are exceptionally quick to respond, do great work and do it with a smile. Our most recent and astonishing experience with All Hours was during this past Thanksgiving holiday weekend. On Friday morning we discovered to our great dismay that our water heater had burst, resulting in a flood 4 feet deep in the crawl space utility room, a concrete pit containing the water heater, furnace and water softener. After shutting down the water meter, I called All Hours on one of the biggest holiday weekends of the year and left a message on their answering service. Within minutes, Kristina returned my call and I explained the situation. She immediately assured me not to worry, that they would handle everything from the cleanup to the replacement of the water heater and the destroyed 2 year new furnace. First she contacted a partnering Water and Disaster Clean-up company. They called me within minutes after I hung up with Kristina and were at the house within an hour or so, pumping out the water and setting up the drying fans, etc. Early Saturday morning the plumbers from All Hours showed up with a new replacement water heater and two hours later we had hot water flowing again, less than 24 hours after discovering the mess. Saturday evening, their HVAC guy showed up to inspect the damage done to the furnace, which had been almost completely immersed. He determined that it was toast and scheduled to order and install a new one immediately after the weekend. Every single professional from All Hours who spoke with me on the phone and came to our home to perform cleanup and replacement of appliances were super friendly, knowledgeable and worked with a sense of urgency and concern for getting us back to normal. I give this company my highest recommendation. You won’t find anyone like them in Northern Utah. Thanks to everyone at All Hours!

This company it absolutely amazing! I cant believe what they had done for us! Im going to go into a bit of detail to explain the situation. A little over a year ago my mom had gotten extremely sick, she was not able to take care of common daily tasks and soon was hospitalized. All of her bills were significantly past due, the utilities at her home had all been turned off, and she had several liens put on the the home. I had moved back into her home to take of it and the financial mess! To top it off the boiler had also broke down. I had received several quotes from large plumbing companies that told me that it would cost $16,000- $19,000 to fix it. I was baffled, no way could I afford this. For roughly three months ( all of winter) I had no hot water or heat! I had to walk to a friends house to shower daily! Life was crazy! The unit itself was leaking I had told Kandace Diggs who works for habitat for humanity ( my moms mortgage lender) about using twelve towels a day to soak up all the water. She immediately contacted Chuck with All Hours. Chuck came out to fix the leak and informed me that the unit may be under warranty since it had been replaced only 4 years prior. This was really good news! Kandace had also explained the situation my family was going through with my mother being sick and all of us trying to save her home. A few days later Kandace told me that it was under warranty and Chuck wanted to donate his labor for free to help my family! I was absolutely stunned! I now have hot water and heat! This is the kindest thing anyone has ever done! Thank you so much Chuck, Kandace, everyone at All Hours, and Habitat for Humanity. You all make the world a much better place!

If I could give more than five stars I would, I could not be more happy with the service and kindness we received from this company! Since purchasing our home a year and a half ago, we have had an ongoing issue with a clog in our toilet line. Weve worked with multiple other companies to help us with this issue, each came out and did a "band-aid fix" and were never willing to help us solve what the bigger problem might be. OR they recommended VERY costly repair suggestions without ever figuring out what the problem actually was. Earlier this week we had yet another clog that caused leaking through drywall into a downstairs bathroom. It was a mess, and being first time home buyers had no idea what to do! I quickly googled "SLC emergency plumbers" and my first hit was All Hours. My husband called and we had someone out to our home within ONE hour. After fixing the clog, it was recommended that we have a camera scope ran down our lines to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it for good. This afternoon Paul arrived promptly within the quoted time frame and had not only located the issue, but had it totally resolved within the matter of 45 minutes. After a year and a half of this issue and now thousands of dollars in visits from other plumbers and drywall repairs... in the matter of a couple days working with All Hours our issue is totally resolved. And for a FRACTION of the price we were expecting to pay. We cant thank Blaine, Derick and Paul enough, Ill never trust my plumbing issues to be handled by anyone but All Hours!!

My wife and I are new homeowners and have never had to deal with plumbing. As you can imagine, when our septic line began failing and backing up into the house, and when it was clear that we needed more than a simple snaking, she and I were hesitant, indecisive, etc., etc. These guys settled every problem we had; even taking the time to give me pointers for what I should say and ask of another company when I said I wanted a second opinion. After talking to several other companies, there was really no question that All Hours Plumbing was the right choice. Our main sewer line had to be re-lined in order to fix a near-implosion. They broke ground, excavated the pipe, re-lined the existing pipe that could be salvaged, and replaced a portion that was altogether crumbling in just two days time—they even maintained the sod from the lawn and reinstalled it in the end. I was never left waiting or wondering what was going to happen next; I received constant feedback from Paul, who managed the project, and both A.J. and Derrick chipped in where they could. Even the companys owner came out at one point to make sure everything was going well. I am utterly humbled by their dedication and hard work. Their estimate was the exact price we paid, and we were given a number of choices and estimates for other ways we could have gone—they never tried to sell us (or even upsell us) on a single thing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs a plumbing job done. Id have given them ten stars if I could.

Im so thrilled with the work that was done at my home by All Hours Plumbing, specifically Blaine from their team. I live in a home that is over 100 yrs old so when we do anything with our plumbing it is crucial to have true professionals who genuinely treat your home as they would treat their own & that is the service I have found with Blaine & the rest of the All Hours team ! Blaine was working in a very tricky crawl space to replace a bunch of galvenized steel pipe & a water heater. He was a pro at getting everything in & out all while keeping my home in great shape! He called me before arriving & kept me in the loop on what was going on throughout the process! He has been 100%responsive to all of my phone calls, texts, ?s, etc. I am so happy to have found such an expert in the field & will be referring Blaine & All Hours Plumbing to my entire network! I cant thank them enough for making this whole process stress free! I am confident in the work they do & so should everyone else.
