Brought my Aunts car in just for a battery replacement. I was quoted 1 hour. One hour later the car was still sitting in the parking lot. Another hour later I checked and the car was in the shop with 3 guys standing around talking and bullshitting each other. I should have done the work myself. It would have taken 10 to 15 minutes tops! When I got home I checked their work. THEY DIDNT EVEN BOLT THE BATTERY BACK DOWN!! It was literally just sitting on the battery tray! One sharp corner or evasive maneuver would have spelled disaster for my Aunts car. STAY THE (BLEEP) AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Nick has phenomenal customer service. He is the one star I gave this place. Too bad I went in on his day off & received the worst customer service of my life. I waited 1 & a half hours to have a tire changed which never happened. This was with an appointment. The attendant who "helped" me was rude and condescending. I went to Les Schwab & was treated like gold. Nick, consider changing companies. That ship is sinking.

Bad customer service . One of the attendants was unhelpful and rude. I also ended up getting a huge discount on rear tires because when I purchased my front tires I was told my rear tires were fine. A month later I got a flat and was told both back tires were indeed bald. The service there is dicey. I was told my tires were fine and they were bald. Would not recommended this place to anyone.

These guys are amazing!!! Between Wills friendly personality and the shops overall efficiency, I highly recommend these guys!! I had a small window of time to get my tires done (we are asking less than 2 hours)... And these guys had my tires changed and aligned well within my time frame!!! Thanks, guys!!!

Come here only for oil changes..usually takes 4-5 hours before ready..do it because of the coupons..19.99, go somewhere else if you want to wait for it unless its a slow week day, it can be done within 45 min., prices are bit too expensive, but most staff are very nice

Bruce at Firestone really helped me out when I needed help with my car getting smogged. He referred me to a business (Hahn, also in Santa Rosa) that could help me out, and provided quality service. I really appreciated Bruces help - thanks, Bruce!

While traveling, I set up an appointment 3 days prior so I could get my tires replaced. Upon arrival the store had failed to get prior authorization to make the repairs. I left without getting the work done.
