After the train ride from Irvine to Solana Beach I got to my car to find that I had left my lights on all night. I called AAA but they told me they couldnt do anything for me since I didnt have my AAA card with me >:I . So I walked over to NCA and they were so helpful! They took the time out of their day to go to my car and jump start it for me even though they were really busy. The guy who helped me was very friendly, and really nice. Im about to buy a car from a friend I know need realignment so Ill be seeing them again soon!

I have been doing business with North Coast Alignment for more than 8 years. The quality of service has been great. Shawn is quite knowledgeable, has always been fair, given me options to reduce costs and has been willing to refer me to my dealer if the part is still under warranty. I have been taking my cars to North Coast Alignment for a few years now. I always talk to Shaun at the front counter, and he remembers me and my car immediately. It is a comforting feeling that he already knows what repairs have been done and what he suggested be done previously. All of the employees are great and get the problem fixed the first time. I have referred many people to this local shop and will continue to do so.

I took my daughters car in this week with a stuck key in the drivers side door to North County Alignment.Before I left Sean had already ordered the new lock assembly from Honda. To my surprise I got a ride home from a courteous young man.Sean said the car would be done at the end of the day and true to his word even with some difficulties we picked the car that evening. Awesome Service! I have been a customer of North Coast Alignment for over 3 years and never had a problem. Being a woman, I am always leary of mechanic shops. They have always diagnosed my problem accurately and efficiently. Shaun provides excellent customer service and I have referred several of my friends. I had North Coast Alignment work on several things on my car and never a problem. In fact my car is due back again for more work . My car has over 120,000 miles and is still running great. I explicitly trust them. My mother has also taken her car there and always had a great experience. Id highly recommend them!

Awesome place! Super friendly, fast, spot on. I take my car only here. The other day, it was time for an oil change (and complimentary AC check!). I dropped off my car, walked across the bridge for a frozen yogurt, and by the time I got back it was done. Kelly - who runs the front of house - rocks!

I was very satisfied with the work done on our 2000 4Runner. It was running rough and they solved all the problems and gave it a thorough going over. The car runs like new after their service and it came back fully detailed inside and out. Will be taking my Sienna in for a check up very soon.

Weve been taking our cars to North Coast Alignment for 10+ years. Its great to have a "go to" place for auto repair. We dont have to shop around or wonder if we are going to get an honest assessment and reasonable price. Never been disappointed. Shaun is the best. Always recommend them.

I have been to North Coast Alignment multipule times since moving to San Diego. The guys there are very friendly and dont try to sell me repairs I do not need (unlike Toyota of Escondido). They are honest and trustworthy. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! Thanks for all the great work!
