Ive had many problems at this post office, more than I can count. But the other day was the last straw. I went in because UPS had delivered my package to the post office so they could deliver it. I had paid already for a rush order and it was already 4 days late. I went to the post office so that I could pick up the package so as not to wait longer. The attendant had me wait for her manager to come talk to me, which was 15 minutes, only to tell me that the package I need that was important could not be sorted out from the back. Mind you, the place was empty and the workers were just standing there. So tell me what is their job? To stand and not be helpful? Terrible customer service. Would give no stars if I could.

Carrier delivered to wrong address. Local post office response, "I know you dont want to hear this, but theres nothing we can do". Hey heres a novel idea. Perhaps you could learn how to do you your job, and when you make a mistake apologize and correct it. Or is your carrier enjoying the package maybe more than the person it was intended for?

I like going here. The people are always helpful and the lines are never vary long and with how short the line is they move it along quickly. Our mail carrier is super nice, alway smiling and waving to the people in the neighborhood. I guess ithere people have had not so perfect an experience but I have been consistently happy with them.

Had several problems with this USPS that I just end up going to a different post office if I am able to. Packages were lost and the manager promised to help me find them, but after calling him several times and leaving voicemails, he never bothered to call back. Workers are abrupt and brusque, to the point of insulting.

This post office is decent and gets busy during the afternoon. The parking lot is small so be prepared to park on the street. Theres usually 2 post office clerks working. Mostly Asian workers here which I dont mind because I speak the language but the speak perfect English.

I saw the longest line of people I have ever seen in a tiny Post Office. Only two employees working the counter in a city full of mostly Asians. They should know better and be more prepared by hiring more Postal workers.
