All the times we have been there, we have had good service. Lines are short except during the Holiday season. There is a self service booth for purchasing stamps and mailing your own packages. There is a huge area for post office boxes. There are several times during the day the mail is collected. The self service booth is in the section that is open 24 hours a day with the access to the post office boxes.

I had asked for my mail to be forwarded to AZ until March 25,2015. To date (April 6,2015) I have not received one peice of mail!!!! Where is my mail????

Youre screwed if the machine malfunctions. It charged me for book of stamps, wouldnt print, the clerk said they cant do anything call 800 number.

The closing time on Saturday is wrong. It closes at 3:00 pm. GREAT customer service
