This is possibly the WORST USPS I have EVER been to. I agree with the other reviews that customer service does not exist in the least bit at this office. The employees NEVER have the correct information and on top of that, you would think they were either: A. wearing weighted shoes... B. gravity was 3 times stronger behind the counter... because they move that slowly. If you are in a hurry or have less than 30-45 minutes to get your package out, do not go here. Another example of how careless and lackluster the employees (and supervisors) of this office are, here you go. I received a notice that the USPS had attempted to deliver a package to my apartment that required a signature and I needed to bring the slip in and claim the package. The first problem was that I didnt order anything. The second, and better problem, was that the name was not even close. And thirdly, which is by far the best reason, the address was NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! I live on Victoria and the address was Harbor??? WTF??? This should also give you some insight on how awesome the day-to-day mailmen are that come out of that office. And the icing on the cake was when I went to return the slip, not only did I wait in line to do the right thing, but the supervisor that was at the counter was annoyed that I returned it. I threew the slip on the counter and said "its not my probelm. YOUR mailman cant read or count ,and I am just returning someone elses property". I then proceeded to walk out and have not been back since.

These people are not capable of doing their job. I had a certified mail notice because no one was home to sign for it. The note said to pick up the next day after 9am. I waited for my lunch break to go. Thats 3 1/2 hours later from what the note stated. I wait in line about 10 minutes to give the mail clerk my note. He disappears for 10 minutes searching for my letter. He finally comes back to tell me he could not locate the letter. He then asked me if I received mail today, huh !!! I told him Im here on my lunch break to pick up my package. I pointed out to him what the note stated "Pick up after 9am". He proceeded to tell me there was a mix up with delivery yada yada... Meanwhile my lunch break was wasted. No lunch No mail. I asked the clerk do you like you valuable time wasted. Guess what his answer was... Told me to come back. Wish USPS hired people with better customer service skills. This guy was a TOOL !!! This location sucks !!! Go elsewhere. This was not the first time Ive had issues with this location. Update on 8/15... still havent received. I went by on 8/8 & wasted another 1/2 hour waiting while Jennifer searched again. Pay for the extra service and you get bad service.

Would give them zero stars if that was an option. I had been calling the office all day and no answer. I called the 800 number so I could complain about this location not answering the phone (while I was driving to the location) When I got there is was exactly 5 oclock. The employee walked up to the door at the same tame I did, and said "We;re closed" I said, "Ive been trying to call most of the day and no one is answering the phone" He said "Thats not true because Im the one answering the phone. I said I just have a quick question about a package. he said "Well, you can come back tomorrow when were opened and ask your question" Horrible customer service. His name was Scott Ritter (How do I know?…. Because he said " My Names Scott Ritter if you want to complain about me") I only use the USPS when I have no other options. I would rather pay a little more and get a decent experience. Oh! And BTW, My package is still not found! Its been 18 days!!!)

We have not had a regular delivery person here in months! It used to come before noon everyday last year. This years been crazy, there have been days with no delivery, where they dont come until the next morning. other times its come after 9pm. Everyone is telling me this is due to the holidays, but it was bad before, now it is downright ridiculous. I have not had a delivery nor seen a mail truck in the neighborhood for 48 hrs! I am self employed so my paychecks come through the mail. It is almost a week until Christmas, I am waiting on checks and have ONLY $34 to my name. Merry Ho-HO USPS!!***UPDATE--I guess I cant leave two reviews. Well the holidays are LONG OVER it is now march. Last Month I had a check take 8 days from the date it was mailed which caused my rent to be late and incur a domino effect of late fees. Last week NO MAIL -FRIDAY , SATURDAY...and AGAIN NO MAIL TODAY. 3X IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!

I ordered a package without putting my apartment number on it, which was completely my fault. But upon calling this post office and speaking to someone about my package, he promised he would pull it out of the return to sender bin, add my apartment number and send it out for the next days transit. I spoke to my mailman and spoke to the office again today and they have no idea who that man was, told me that they were not allowed to do that, and that my package was sent back to Texas. So now after a "2 day express" delivery, I will have waited a total of 2 and a half weeks for my package, which I might add, was not cheap. Yes this office has a few great people, but Ive only ever had bad experiences with them and am COMPLETELY dissatisfied. Not to mention the mailman is a prick.

I have had a business and personal post office box at the fairview location for over 10 years. the cost is going up and the service going down. I have had mail returned to sender causing me to be behind because I never receive my statements and or my mail is being delivered to someone elses po box and gets to me a week late, if at all. I am so frustrated with the service that I need to figure out another viable way to receive mail. With the mail being stolen out of our mailboxes out in front of our house and the mail not getting to me at the post office, what alternatives are there??

I have been on the phone for ever, no one answers the phone at that post office. They left a package at my door the other night that was completely torn open. Really !!! When I went to the post office and took it back, the men behind the counter said, " doesnt look like anything is missing inside". Cant believe he said that! I have now been waiting for a envelope that left Corona 6 days ago and has still not been delivered. I am so glad we have internet and dont need to relay on USPS much any more. They should get a new Manager at this location.

I had to give at least one star in order to make my comment. However NO STARS for this location. This post office has to be the worst one Ive ever had to deal with. Every time I order photos, the mailman bends them (it states clearly on the envelope DO NOT BEND) I can never get ahold of anyone at the actual post office they dont answer their phone. Ive tried 15 times in the same amount of time. I tried contacting the customer service but that can only be done by phone (25-38 min wait time) not email. I dont have time to sit and wait on hold all day.
