This post office services our area which our business is located in. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they place you on an indefinite silent hold after you communicate your issue... before getting information needed to research... then they come back several minutes later (probably hoping you hung up). Then they take your information like theyre going to actually do something about your issue.... then they probably throw it in the trash! 7 misdelivered packages in 6 months. USPS doesnt take responsibility for packages they deliver to someone else. One neighboring business has given us an additional 3 misdelivered packages that they keep getting by mistake. We get mail from other neighboring businesses as well. Why cant they read addresses? Who is organizing the mail so lazily that it gets messed up SO OFTEN?! Im leaving this review after calling the 800 number a week ago, for two packages never received that stated were delivered. (On a weekend when we are not even open) I have two open claims for the packages and not one follow up or attempt to locate the missing packages. This is also after my SECOND call to the local USPS office (make that 20 or 30 calls since they never answer...two calls they actually picked up the phone for) The michigan ave office is so unorganized. Its a shame businesses have to replace lost merchandise to their customers at their own expense because the USPS doesnt know how to match addresses with mail boxes. Its a shame customers have to purchase merchandise twice to get it once. Its a shame that these people allow morons to sort and deliver mail. Its a shame people are moving more and more to electronic communication in place of traditional "snail mail" but it seems theyve pushed us to that point. I know loathe USPS more than the DMV. Good job USPS!

I repeatedly have problems with packages showing as "delivered" on tracking, but they were NOT. And people were home when alleged delivery occured! Especially heavy items. Then, Michigan Ave. Station will never answer their phone, so you spend 2 hours on phone with the 800#, then someone at Michigan Ave will call you and blame Bailey Station, or say that they have 4 days to make delivery AFTER it says delivered! WTF? Sure enough, if you wait long enough, and complain loud enough, the mailman eventually shows up with it, then blames what they call "The CCA" (apparently mailman-in-training). The only reasonable explanation for this behavior is revealed in the post office scene in the hit movie "Men In Black II" (it also explains the DMV). I have learned that my complaining has zero effect. Its obvious why the USPS is bankrupt. All i can do is rant here.

Es un lugar de personas déspotas y aprovechadas. Me regresaron por ser menor de edad y luego que me regresé a la línea de las personas que habían regresado y de repente una señora aprovechada se adelantó muy sangrona que porque según ella iba de prisa y la señora del mostrador la defendió. Me calleron muy muy mal. Servicio pésimo, ineficiente y déspota. No merece ni una estrella, ¡Nunca me había sentido tan humillada!

this place never answers there stupid phone and when confronted at the office about it they get all pissed off and talk crap from behind the counter. then they wonder why people wait till they get off work to kick there ass lol Ive seen this twice already lol but in all seriousness Im talking with my Lawler about there incompetence on being respectable post office workers all I get is attitude and disrespect when I go there so yeah Im going to be taking them to court for their negligence on being an un-reliable post office and always having their phone messaging voice mail over filed and never empting it so up yours post office I hope to god you people lose your job because if your not happy working there find another job cause your messing it up for other responsible postal workers

As far as their customer service experience is concerned, Ive had mostly good experiences from this Post Office Branch. I have had experiences where I would receive notifications about deliveries that never took place. In those instances, I simply call 1-800-ASK-USPS and file my delivery complaint. Often times, I get my delivery the very next day or a call back from the branch stating when my delivery will take place. I find it interesting that many people will want to call the branch directly thinking they will have a faster answer but I presume this branch is understaffed. Every time I step into this branch, there is a moderate line, so how can it also be expected that they answer phones too!? IDK, thats just my opinion.

I wish i had a number to their supervisor to go and check on them as well, went in and told them i never recieved my package while i was waiting all day for it, they posted online that they "dropped off at front porch/door" .liars, i was in my living room all day studying waiting for it. They brought regular mail but no box. Im guessing he didnt want to carry the 10 pound box from his car to my doorstep. Worst customer service, supervisor said i will call the carrier and call u back within an hour...nothing heard from him nor will they pick up their phone. Please does anyone have a number to a actual supervisor to go check on them? Starting to think they actually steal mail

The United Statets Post Office is located on Michigan Ave in the City of Whittier Ca is the Worst one ever. when there was a issue nothing gets resolved. They are rude and I could care less about their conduct. Theyll give your mail to any one. They down play identity theft ,fraud and can care less about our mail & their jobs. So I strongly recommend if you enjoy getting smoke blown up your butt or dont mind the patronizing or condisending attitude then go to the post office located on Michigan Ave in the city of Whittier.. They didnt even earn that star.

Was supposed to get a package three days ago, since then Ive been to this place three times to try and figure out where my package is. Even though the status said delivered one day and the next day said undeliverable as addressed the people here still could not tell me where my package was. Each time they took down my number and told me they would call me after they looked through their parcels to try and find it. Still waiting to hear back. Incompetence is the word that comes to mind when I think of this USPS office.

Didnt get my package when it was suppose to be delivered because they knocked and left right away so i scheduled a redelivery and they failed to deliver called and they didnt answer at all so i called the main office they told me it should have been on its way never came called again the made a complain for me to the supervisor and scheduled redelivery with instructions to leave at door in case im not here. Been waiting on my package i guess not even the supervisor gives a crap here! They dont even deserve a star

Mando said hed call me back on Wednesday. Its Friday now. Armando or Mando whatever your name is. You lack professionalism! Why the hell would keep a job you hate. This goes to all government employees. Why apply if your not enthusiastic about serving others. Your job is to put mail in a box. And help us find out where our mail goes when its not in that box. Seems like you guys got too comfortable with that Gov $. All the woman there have bad attitudes, and mando is something else I tell ya
