Got a call from Zara that I was supposed to drop my return package at UPS, not USPS. Came here the same day and a woman simply didnt understand what i was trying to say and asked me over and over again who called me about my package when I said at the first place that it was the customer service from Zara!!! Finally a younger lady understood but she basically just stood there, looked at me with an fvking attitude, and told me to track my package or go home and wait. Excuse me!! If the package never makes it to UPS how tf does it suppose to help. Never come here asking for help because they just want to go home and basically trying to kick you out. Fvk the customer service.

We are experiencing GREAT DIFFICULTY getting our mail since it was inadvertently sent to a new address by the post office through a change of address that WE DID NOT FILE! Weve come into the office three times. Weve been given advice and "helped" through 3 processes that were supposed to fix the problem. They did not. We were given a phone number for a supervisor that is answered by an answering system that does not allow for messages. I am very disappointed in the service of this branch of the USPS! .

My brother s Nam changed his address and all items I ordered online were undeliverable because the post office man didnt read the name on items and didnt give items to me. His name is Nam and my name is Nhan. I already talked to Supervisor at the post office 2 times . He said he is gonna call me and tell the man give all my stuff under my name to me but he didnt. Lost stuff I ordered because their mistakes. Unhappy with customer service.

This place has the worst customer service. Yeah I know its the post office and I should expect to much. But most of the employees here are rude especially a new guy they hired there. Couple of the girls there are very sweet and nice but most of the people there are angry to be there.. its like the DMV they dont give a s*** about you.. oh and dont try to get a passport here they look at you like why are you bothering me..

The ladies who work here are awesome! They have to deal with so many rude people and they always do it with grace. They are poorly understaffed at this location but the girls are always doing the best they can. Each of them have answered my many questions with great knowledge and even give me suggestions on saving with shipping costs. Keep up the great work!

Bad service , I am very disappointed for those ladies who are working in apply passport Dept. * If you ask question you dont understand, they never give you an answer . * when you call the phone number provided, never no one picks up. * Not nice , manner of behaving or acting. Should not come back there again..

I went to get passports for my two teenagers and the Passport person was so rude. She acted like I was totally wasting her time. When I didnt have one of the documents I needed, I asked where it said I needed it. She laughed and said "Everywhere", but then she had a hard time finding it.

I received an email saying there was a packaged delivered to my house, but I had never received it. Tried to call the office many time but no one ever pick up the phone!! What is wrong with this place!! Get rid of your phone if youre not going to pick it up!!!!!!!

funny how there is a phone number but never anyone to answer the calls! All you ever get is a recorded message saying "THERE IS NOBODY AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL". Maybe that is because there are too many people on the lines complaining about the poor service.
