I wanted to get a p.o box closer to my place, At other u.s.p.s stores you pay and are given a key but it is not that simple here. The process to get a p.o box here is really dumb, whats my auto insurance policy got to do with renting a p.o box? The clerks at this location were very sarcastic and the black clerk was very loud and condescending towards me. I wrote down my old p.o. number for the address on the form but the black clerk would not accept that. I did not want to start a new form so I verbally gave her my current address but she wouldnt accept that . I was really put off by this clerks harsh tone and felt insulted that she wasnt so accommodating or nice. The clerks at this location need customer service lessons.

I wish I could leave them a negative feedback they lost a package of high-value approximately $20-$50,000 and so far no help now theyre being investigated find another post office if you can because this one sucks... I seriously wonder if theft is not occurring here we send our package from Ohio and it shows up when we tracked it as delivered to this location and after that its history we have no idea where it ultimately ended up find another post office if you can because this one is not reputable. I give them a -10 stars not very helpful at all!!!

This post office needs more efficiency throughout all services. The lines are always long, the post office boxes we have always have mail from prior people that is important and not forwarded correctly, the counter clerks do not seem happy and therefore do not interact with the customers in a cheerful and respectful manner. There seems to be many people working in this post office who do not speak English well, and this should be a top priority in hiring. These are the facts, not a negative/positive comment.

Slow. This post office houses the P.O. box for my work so we get our mail on a one day delay. But the post office also takes their sweet time with sorting, which means that priority packages that arrive in the appropriate express time frame can be delayed by additional DAYS because they just leave them sitting there until they get around to them. It is VERY frustrating.

This post office has lost my packages twice now. I dropped the packages off at their location, with tracking and everything, and they DO.NOT.SCAN. the barcodes! What use is paying for and having tracking if the employees never inputs it into the system? I wonder if there are cases of theft going on here.

Worst post office ever. They consistently do not deliver packages, will not attempt to get a signature and do not attempt to redeliver. I cant have anything important mailed to my home address because it just wont show up.

Im renting a PO Box here, dont have any problems with it. But sometimes lines to a register to long and you can spend 30 or more miners, but some times its not so crowded. Always can find a parking spot.

This is by far one of the most efficient post offices Ive ever been. I dont normally give out ratings, but the level of service provided here stood out to me so much I felt it was necessary to.

Saturday afternoons have mild lines 5-12 min, but if you are picking something up they had a employee ready to help you. They also sell boxes and greeting cards
