PO workers more interested in throwing your mistakes in your face than they are in at least acting like they care about your package. I had a pregnancy announcement that I wanted shipped next day to Montana. I had double-sided taped down the packaging paper and the beautiful blue ribbon that I had on the outside. I happened to get the most bitter man behind the counter. He must not get presents very often....OBVIOUSLY. Instead of nicely explaining to me that I would not be able to ship with the ribbon and that I would have to add more tape to the side, he simply shoves a pair of scissors in my face and tells me to cut it off. At the moment that I am ready to swallow my pride, he holds it up to the worker in the stall next to him and gloats "would YOU ship this package?!" Yeah. They work for the double slap across the face here so that even if you DO turn the other cheek, its really for their amusement to slap that other cheek. They will also talk with other people in line about your "bad behavior." If youre going to ship packages here, make sure you have prepared the most unsightly and undecorated package. They cringe when they see festive things.....it reminds them of how miserable they are on the inside.

The customer service and level of professionalism demonstrated by this locations employees is absolutely deplorable. Our mailman consistently disrespects our property and has even stolen from our mailbox. We have tried to bring up issues with the supervisor but he simply does not care. A couple of weeks ago a package of mine was lost. It was marked as delivered in the tracking info, and should have been small enough to fit in our mailbox, but of course it was not there. Attempts to speak to the supervisor about this issue failed completely. He blatantly ignored my emails, and when I called he would say he needed to talk to the mailman and would call me back, which he never would. Eventually I just had to accept that this location has zero regard for their customers and are completely unwilling to perform in a professional manner, and I reordered my package (but got it shipped through UPS, of course).

This location is a joke... The most unprofessional group of people running the Bulk Mail department. Alvin and Tina, are the worst people I have come across, they do everything in their power to charge you more than your statement. I have been mailing Bulk Mail for a year with the same windowed envelope and no ever said anything. Now the last three of our jobs have been held for verification (Alvin said it only happens at remdom... 0 in the last year, then the last 3 jobs have been held... PLEASE!) and charged an additional amount after their scientific tap test... Whatever you do go to another location. I think they need to hire some new staff who appreciate the people/companies that provide the revenue to pay their paychecks... I wish I could give zero stars...

The gracious middle aged Filipino man who works at the business side processing express and business package provided remarkable customer service he initialed my express invoice with an A.S.E. So whoever this great man was, he went out of his way ensuring that my issue gets resolved as much as he could. Now the recipient of my package can expect the delivery before its due date because there is an honorable employee initilialing his "Acceptance Employee Initials" as A.S.E. at this facility!!!! God bless you brother!!

Went in to ship a muffler for one of the truck club guys to AZ . I didnt have a box and the ones they had of coarse were to big but the lady helping me went out of her way to find more a box . after 10 minutes she found me the perfect sized box and overall saved me about 10 bucks in shipping doing it that way. So I guess I left very happy with this place also since its open late.

Someone needs to contact the Postmaster General about this location. When I walked in, 4 out of the 5 customer service employees were smiling. This is totally unacceptable for USPS standards! Someone even came to the line where we were waiting to see if they could help out. I was also in and out in way too short of time. Youve been warned.

This is the best post office to go to. Lots of parking, the staff is always eager to help and very personable and answers questions with knowledgeable replies. Also a big plus this is, I think called the "Hub" so my mail goes out right away without being re-routed. Thank you a bunch for being so awesome!!! Linda G

Good location with decent parking and easy accessibility. Open late (until 8!!) and very fast especially with the self help kiosks and package drop off area. Occasionally really picky with rules I dont face elsewhere, but better that they do everything by the book than my mailings returned. Solidly good post office.

I wish I could give this review 30 stars!! Amber is the absolute sweetest, most helpful USPS managing supervisor I have ever encountered and spoken with. She is so patient and helpful, and is willing to assist you with any of your postal needs. I wish the USPS post offices in my state were this outstanding!

I like this post office. Its not on busy intersection and parking is easy to get in and out. The lines are fairly fast unless you come at a busy time. You can get your passport here too. They offer a lot of services not just mail. Service is iffy. Depends who you get.

I always purchase a tracking number but this post office likes to skip over that part of the job. I never know where my package is until it gets there. Makes running a business difficult because I cant tell my customers where there package might be at any given moment.

This post office is fast, courteous and efficient. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes-even at the holidays. My old Post Office used to be a wait of up to an hour-fully staffed! I love this location-the only downfall is the parking-go on off hours.

a fraudulent company is using P.O. Box 25380 to scam people into buying their face cream, claiming to be one featured on the show Shark Tank. The company changes its name daily but uses the same post office box.

I mailed priority shipping two months ago. The package has still not arrived and no one can tell me the exact location of the box. The MANAGER just said she was sorry and said there was nothing she could do.

Great service. Someone here is always walking around to make sure everyone is helped before even reaching the counter so you wont have to go back because you had to fill out a form.
