I go to the Stanton Post Office on Beach Boulevard at least four or more times a month for business. Ive been coming here for more than ten years. The clerks are always courteous, efficient and consistent. Ive found that if I arrive by 4:30 pm, however, like other last minute people, a line can form towards the door. Around lunch time and at the holidays, lines can form too, but not quite as often as one of the other post offices nearby. The clerks take it in stride and care for everyone who makes it to the cue until their business is handled to completion. When I arrive earlier in the day, almost no waiting. The clerks always are prepared with packaging materials and forms. My packages arrive as scheduled, for which Im grateful. These clerks must be patient people, handling confused people with care and firmness. This is my GO-TO post office.

Today I left a note on the door stating "Leave package at the door". I was expecting an important package. Moments later, I come out to find that the mailman left a pink slip in the mailbox and not the package. I was upset and decided to call customer service. I was answered by a woman who seemed very stern and impatient. I told her about the problem and asked her to have it redelivered this evening since theres still a convenient 2nd trip to the neighborhood. She said "it would take too much resource" and I said "okay", immediately after she said "okay bye" and hung up. She kept cutting me off, and was very rude and impatient. She even said "well if you really want it, why dont you pick it up tomorrow?" when it could be redelivered tomorrow. I wonder what went on in her mind. 1/5 rating. Terrible.

This is the worst mail delivery I have ever gotten. I have been at this same location for 15 years, and it has gotten very bad for the last 2-3 years, before that it was pretty good, no complaints. Francine, the so called "Post Master" is very condescending, and acts like I am lying to here. I called to tell them that the package never showed again for the 3rd time in 6 months. I never get a notice that they even tried to deliver, except my neighbors see him come to the door and not leave the package, or missed delivery slip. They never can find the package. One time it was found 20 days later 4 doors down at a neighbor. UNACCEPTABLE....of course, this is government so nothing will happen, no one gets reprimanded, and there is not one to complain to. Sad.....

The manager that is in charge on Saturday 10/5/2013 was extremely rude and disrespectful. The usual post master told me that I could drop off my packages before 5 PM ANY day other then Sunday and they will take it in, this black lady told me other wise and rejected my packages which was mostly flat rate mails that needs to be ship the same day, I am no racist but she certainly makes me dislike black people. Even the employee that was working there was looking at her cuss she was that rude to a paying customer. This will cause big damage to my business, if they dont want my business just say so, I am gladly move the shipping address to the Garden Grove, which they would love to have extra pay from my business.

Nothing Fancy. Close To My House, But It Always Packed. I mail alot of items daily. out of say 30 letters, 5 letters wont be delivered or sent back. only one package ever went missing but for a package that is to many. i have moved to the Brena park post office or one off of loara and ball. way better service and never lost anything to date.

Laura, the Supervisor in Stanton, she doest know anything. She tried to help me but actually she destructive my mail and doesnt help at all. I believed and I did everything she showed me, Waste my 20 days for waiting. During 20 days and go back and forth a couples time and then now for nothing. This is ridiculous.

Mailman left my check at someone elses address, they come knocking on my door at 9:00pm asking for me??? If the clerk carriers or mail sorters cant read or speak english they should get a manual labor job this post office should. CLOSE DOWN" immediately they are unprofessional and irritating as hell!!!!

I called this location to find out what happened to my package because the 1800 number told me to call this location. The worker at 4:50ish on 1/9/2015 YELLED at me on the phone.. What the hell? This is going to be reported I will find out who you are.

Understaffed and gives out incorrect information multiple times. Would not let me submit my passport application at 1:43pm because they stop accepting applications at 1:45pm?... Website shows 4pm. Do NOT come here for passport application.

Stanton Post Office is the fastest Post Office I have ever been to. I love the people who work there. They are efficient, friendly, helpful. Stantons Post Office gives world-class service. I just love this post office.

The service was not really good ( but compare to the company salary rate) , it is acceptable. It is convenient because it is on Beach Blvd. Offers drive-thru mail drop off.
