I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The lady that works there was really nice the first time I went but the second time I went she was extremely rude and refused to accept my packages. After refusing to accept my packages she told me to go to another post office when she knew damn well I wasnt going to make it on time, this was around 3:50 pm. She did tell me my etsy shipping labels were wrong but I told her I was willing to pay the $200+ shipping fee to get the packages to NY in 2 days.. She said there was NO WAY they were getting there in 2 days and she refused because there wasnt "enough time" cause she was going to close but when I walked out to put the boxes in my car she continued to help the couple in back of me ??.. Anyways I went home fixed the shipping labels and I literally drove around looking for a mailman and he accepted my packages! And all 4 boxes got to NY in 2 days ... So yeah I give this place 0 stars.

I love going to this one the lady there is really nice to me and from the comments I was reading she was just doing her job like the one that went right at closing time wanted something shipped in 2 days but if you go after 1 to that post office the mail gets picked up at 5pm so it wont get there in2 days so its not she didnt want to help its that you went too late. and then the person complaining about their tape being a problem, well there are some tapes that they dont allow so shes just doing her job. I go there a lot so I know how stuff works and I always see customers there that think they know everything and are always right yet they dont work there.

The place isnt too bad. Only weird thing is that they have this employee woman standing by the door that hits you with a, "Stamps?! Mailing anything out?!" If you say no she doesnt say anything and just awkwardly stands there and repeats the line with the next person that walks in. I just dont understand what her job is. Is she training or interning and cant run the register? What is the point of her awkwardly standing by the line and just watching the other employee take care of everybody? She should jump on a register and help.

Walked in and it was exactly 1:56pm today 4/19/17. And the door was closed for lunch. Paper on door said 2pm -2:30pm closed for lunch. 3mins before 2 and they couldnt help me. All I had was a package with paid postage on it. I just needed to hand it to someone in there. There was a woman in there. She just ignored me. Thanks a lot.

Every time I have gone to this post office it has been a very good experience. I try to go early and expect to wait since other people need to mail things as well. In my experience the wait time has been minimal to none. I recommend this post office.

Very rude told they wouldnt expect package because it wasnt shipping tape. Told her thats funny because Duarte post office doesnt seem to mind. Just looked back at me like a lost puppy. Bad service just go to Duarte where clerks do their jobs .
