It looks like the people reviewing this post office are not paying attention to the actual address. This is NOT on Goldenwest St. OR on Goldenwest Circle although there are post offices in both of those locations also. This is a very small, actual post office on JACKSON St., about a dozen yards south of Bolsa Ave. Yes, there IS one there, though if you blink youll miss it! It is very rarely crowded, and they always give very good, very friendly service, no matter your race or gender! I have lived about a mile from there for 38 years, go there quite often, and have NEVER had a bad experience there.

The lady that works there is so rude. Its right next to my house so I go there quite often. She is rude especially if youre not Vietnamese. Shes so friendly to all the Vietnamese ppl that walk in. One time I needed a little tape, she gave me her dispenser to use and then at the end she charged me $3.49 (the full price of a dispenser if you bought one to keep) and didnt mention it either. When youre filling out information she will tell you to move, she tells you rudely to give her the pen back etc. Yeah terrible experience when I go there....

Dont listen to the person who said there is no post office here. Yes it is a residential area and YES there is a post office there. Is that so unheard of? Its tucked away down the street from Bolsa next to houses and other business.

I mail items a few times a month, and this location has (1) never been crowded, and (2) always offered the highest level of service. The street IS Goldenwest Circle not street, though.
